I see a lot of comments on here that suggest a teacher should either join a union or talk to the union rep when something bad happens. This is almost always good advice. But what I wish I knew is that until you are tenured, there's not much the unions going to do for you. If you're still on a temporary or probationary contract, save that extra hundred or $200 a month.

So basically with tiktok being banned in America, I can't use it in my main account which made me panic because of the streaks and stuff. So I went into this sub Reddit which some people said to delete and reinstall and it worked, but I got logged into one of my alt, not my main. I tried this with EVERY one of my alt and it worked but the fyp is so bad (since it was my humour from like 2023 so it's practically unusable). I tried logging back into my main and it says "feature isn't available in your country/region". I'm Cambodian and I've never even left the country, or used a VPN so how is this possible and is there anyway to fix it? I also tried to give my friends my main account and they said it isn't available.

Are there any books with a good rune magic system? I want something where rune magic is the focus and not just one of the many areas they master.
For rune magic, specifically looking for this definition of rune magic: "a written system of magical symbols that produce a certain magical effect". The more like programming it is, the better. Crafting is good, but if they use it in combat? Thats even better.

If you go to you Instagram settings and click on activity and then sticker response and click at All Authors. A list on profiles will appear I need to know what it is that makes these profiles show up here. I have never seen any of these people ever in my life but for some reason they are here. My gf thinks i was looking at some of those profiles checking them out when i honestly have never even seen them. I need to know why they are there.

 | So It's been months since I got the GJR kobe 6's, and just recently I found a weidian link that says this "half a size smaller". No wonder it's tight and snug. I'm just sharing the details, plus the tech specs inside are also dual zoom. (My pair also has the marks in the strobel). If anybody wondering how it performs, well it's pretty average. The traction is good but not great, also it doesn't squeak that much (if you like a lil squeak in your kicks), prone to too much dust pick-up, hella snug and brick wall toe end. I'm on the hunt for my first nice automatic watch. I've been using smartwatches like the Pebble Time and Garmin Venu 2 Plus so far but I'm ready for a change.
I've been eyeing the Christopher Ward Trident Pro 300 in 38mm and considering the Certina DS Action Diver as an alternative. My budget is around $1000, so I'm open to other suggestions as well.
I have a 6.5-inch wrist and found that watches like the Seiko Speedtimer SSC813 can look a bit too big. I'm also planning to get an Orient Bambino 38mm small seconds for dressier occasions.
Any recommendations for a versatile, everyday watch within my budget?
