Update 1: It has been a while since he figured out what this subreddit was about and got thousands of karma from asking. On monday he showed up to class and started blasting the south park theme song. Everyday he brings his pubic hair, puts it on our desks and screams "HAVE YOU NO HEART?" Update 2: He brought a horse into the class and let him bite his dick off. Update 3: He has become self aware and now speaks to himself asking and replying in south park references. He's literally gone insane. He makes at least ten south park references a day. When one of the student's answered one of his problems on the board, he replied "shut up cartman" Update 4: He now doesn't teach us anything at all and literally browses this sub constantly. 2025.01.19 11:40 Chekmayt How crazy am I with this Gunslinger build?
Basing this build off a certain pistol-wielding martial arts badie, Mr. Wick. I know, its been done before but maybe not this specific build. I feel this is a truer adaptation to his skill set than any I've seen so far.
Variant Human, +1 to Dex and Wis, Sharpshooter Feat
Other Feats: Resilient - Wisdom, Crossbow Expert, Alert
ASI Total: 6
Starting Stats before race - 8,15,14,10,14,10
End stats - 9,20,14,10,18,10 (Alternatively you can drop ASI to Wisdom and take the Piercer feat for more damage)
Fighter - Gunslinger 8: Obvious reasons for this subclass. We'll be utilizing a pistol for this build. We still get 3 ASI's since we're going to level 8 here. Archery as the fighting style. Extra attack at level 5, Quickdraw at level 7 to swap pistols if we run out of ammo.
Monk - Kinsei 4: Hand to hand combat is a must as well. Unarmored Defense I feel is suitable for him, as he only wears clothes (albeit reinforced). Ki-Fueled attack for some unarmed strikes between our shooting, since Crossbow Expert allows us to get up close. Quickened healing because he usually takes a beating. Another ASI.
Ranger - Gloom Stalker 4: Favored enemies are Humanoids. Spells Hunters Mark, Cure Wounds, and Snare. Fighting style Blind Fighting. Get that sweet Dread Ambusher damage, and another ASI.
Rogue - Assassin 4: Sneak attack, auto crit on surprised enemies, another ASI.
If we can get the drop on our enemy, we can have a surprise round where all of our attacks auto crit, which means double dice damage for hunters mark (which we set up before we attack), both pistol attacks, unarmed strikes, dread ambusher attacks, and then action surge for 2 more attacks with hunters mark damage.
And yes you bet your butt we're taking expertise in stealth, which we have +17. Our initiative is +20, our AC is 19, passive perception/insight is 20/26 respectively.
Anyways, I know its not a broken build, but it seems fun if you want to play as a pistol wielding martial artist! Let me know what changes you'd make if you ran with this.

Hi friends.
I’m 39 and have been struggling with anxiety, depression, unexplained weight gain, acne, hair loss, gastrointestinal and extreme bloating for years. I was put on birth control at 18 to help control acne (was cystic and painful) and stay on a form of BC up until I was 36.
A few years ago when I was struggling with acne and weight gain, an APRN expressed concern about PCOS. At the time I was extremely resistant to this diagnosis and rejected the possibility. I was put on spironolactone and saw acne disappear.
Currently, my hair loss and weight gain make me feel like a stranger in my own body. Last week, I had a pelvic/trans vaginal ultrasound and my GI messaged me to let me know that she could see multiple small cysts on my ovaries. I’ve been seeing her for years and we have tried to figure out the cause of the bloating/fatigue, and she was the one who suggested the ultrasound.
The OBGYN’s office Iwas going to said everything “looked normal.” I’m so confused why they would say this when I have all the other symptoms. My father has heart disease and my mother is pre diabetic . My Grandfather had colon cancer.
It’s currently 5:30am and I am on day 1 of an irregular period that is so painful it woke me up. I’m laying with my heating pad on and just desperate to help my body. I cannot go back on birth control as it made me more depressed. I am currently trying to find an OBGYN that will help me find treatment for PCOS and acknowledge that I’ve been struggling with it for some time.
My question for you is where do I begin? What labs do I ask for ? Glucose test? Insulin resistance? Can an OBGYN order those tests? What further testing do I need done? What more does an OBGYN need to hear to take this seriously?
Do I see an endocrine specialist ? I’ve already started to think about ways to reduce stress.
Just feeling a little lost and would love some advice. Please be kind.

Sono andata a farmi fare un preventivo per una macchina nuova e quello che ne esce è il seguente: Sul sito danno un prezzo con un tipo di finanziamento, però poi in sede la macchina chiaramente costa tipo 10k in più e dice che l’offerta letta sul sito non vale per me perché dovrei rottamare un auto. Ma il consulente mi dice: se mi dai la tua macchina io ti do 2000€ (anziché 4000€ con la rottamazione) e in più ti valuto l’auto 6k. Insomma alla fine della solfa mi fa tale offerta: Valore dell’auto meno gli “sconti” applicati viene 21k che potrei pagare con anticipo di 3000€; 48 rate da 175€, maxi rata finale da 13250€. (La potrei anche restituire ma non potrò sicuramente perché hanno una soglia di 10 km all’anno e io ne faccio almeno 20 annui) Sul sito vedo che il tan e taeg dovrebbero essere fissi rispettivamente al 4,95% e 6,52% però, se vado a fare le somme io pago 8400€ in quelle 48 rate… che sono tipo il doppio di quello che mi rimarrebbe togliendo i 3000€ di anticipo e la maxi rata di 13250€ dal totale La domanda è, possono cambiare i tassi di interesse cosi, oppure sto facendo male i conti io? Poi tra l’altro mi ha aggiunto al preventivo 1500€ di garanzia per 7 anni, ma in piccolo c’è scritto “km 105.000”, significa che se supero questi km in 7 anni la garanzia non vale?
