Hello everyone! I'm looking for a way to reduce my screen time as much as possible. I might have undiagnosed ADHD and I tend to not know how to regulate the time I spend on different social medias. I have problems mainly with YouTube and Instagram. I would like to get a lifetime appblocker service that I could also install on my laptop and not just on my phone, so that I could block all possible websites (including spicy content) and maybe fix my life once and for all!
Let me know if you know of any apps. I also would like to have a very strict detox, so I would like to make it impossible for me to access social media and other content for a long period of time (3 months)
For reference: I use Android and Windows

My girlfriend is slightly overweight and is trying to lose weight. She's decided to swap out a lot of her unhealthy snacking habits for better options.
Shes managing to do that but she's still not seeing that the foods she's eating are the same if not more calories. She's cut down on chocolate and replaced it with slightly healthier things such as packs of honey glazed nuts, Edelman's beans etc.
Because these are healthier she's started eating a full sharing bag each day. She kept saying how she's glad to be eating healthier and cutting calories. I told her that while she is eating healthier, calorie wise she's worse off at times as the bags she's getting through have over 600 calories in.
She got defensive at this and accused me of fat shaming her. It I just said o didn't want her to think she was eating less calories and be disappointed when she wasn't losing weight. I said it's good she's eating better but should try to cut down on the amount.
She again said I was fat shaming her and that I was wrong for telling her to cut down.
AIW for being honest with her about her food choices?

I’m sure I’ll have many more questions along the way…. But my first question is when pre-washing fabrics, do I have to do anything to the raw edge or can I wash it without doing anything? The fabric I’m using is cotton and the reason I’m team prewash is because I’m using lights and darks on a mainly white background! Thank you in advance!

Khazan is shaping up to be a great souls-like. The gear system is reminescent of Nioh amd the deflect is, in my opinion, the closest one to Sekiro's. Plus, Khazan is voiced by the great Ben Starr! Can't wait to play the entirety on release.
What's y'all preferred weapon? My favorite was the spear. That moonlight stance is bonkers on tearing down stamina.

I first tried moulding the pieces separately but can't get them to fit together afterwards.
