Hello,
My association has had a Riso EZ 570 E for a little less than a year.
A few months ago, colleagues broke the shock absorber due to improper handling. Thanks to you, I managed to repair it.
But this time, they tried to change the colors of a print drum.
It seems that when they reassembled it, they moved the cell that reads the RFID tags of the color cartridges.
In addition, they did not properly tighten the fabric surrounding the drum, when they put it back in the machine it tore inside. I can no longer remove the drum, even by lifting the pressure roller lever.
I don't know what to do. Now I have 3 error messages displayed. -T98-006 ! System error ! Turn the power off and then on again. If it does not recover, call for service. -T01-520 ! System error ! Press the reset key. If it does not recover, call for service. -D04-560 Wrong ink cartridge in drum 2 or cannot read ink information. Replace the ink cartridge or contact your Riso supplier
