I recently had an issue with a subreddit and it's mods.
polska, I uploaded a link to a song after reading their rules. The rules state no advertising with hope of monetary gain or increasing views on other platforms.
The song is a cover of a song that is a big part of Polish internet history. Called Chryzantemy złociste.
Within an hour the post got taken down which is understandable. I then got instantly perma banned from the subreddit.
I responded to the message pointing out the rules and saying that taking down the link was fair whilst an insta ban was a joke.
"Chyba was pojebało" was what I wrote which translates roughly to "You're fucking nuts".
After this I got muted and reported for harassment which resulted in me getting a strike on reddit.
I made an appeal but it's max 200 characters or something.
The automated message also has an option of legal action but I would just like to know if I just stumbled upon a snowflake moderator or one that likes to abuse power and if I can get this taken care of by getting unbanned and getting the strike removed.

I’ve always been taught that shocking electronics with static electricity can kill the components. So given that people can generate tons of static electricity during the winter in their homes (carpets, couches, etc) it is likely that someone will zap their Xbox (for example) when turning it on or their laptop when picking it up or whatever - how do those zaps not kill anything in the devices? Where does that energy go without an earth grounding plug? I know I’ve had times where I had a bad shock touching something like these after sitting on the couch and I’m amazed the device still works afterwards!

Visited Birmingham centre last week and all blu-rays were front facing, some were multiple copies of the film not stacked. Some letters didn’t even have any stock.
Any other stores that just aren’t worth the visit for blu-rays?

2025.01.19 13:11 LibertyState [SSC947] alternatives to the pogue style but smaller case diameter?
I'm in love with the recent speedtimer ssc947 Pogue orange colors watch. However it's very sadly 41.5mm case diameter which is kinda too big. My best fit is ~38-39. I have small wrists. Attached example of the (39mm) so I don't think I can handle anything bigger because it already covers my wrist.
The problem is in Canada the 947 doesn't exist anywhere in person to try out, so if I buy it from some online retaileeBay , I won't be able to return it if it doesn't fit.
