I’m in the process of buying a house on my own, and I’d like my partner (who is separated but not yet divorced from his wife) to live with me as we rent together. The house/mortgage will be in my name only, with the deposit fully paid by me. Ideally, he would contribute to bills and possibly the mortgage, but I’m concerned about whether his wife could make any claim to the property.
They’ve been separated for 4 years, there’s no chance of reconciliation, and they have a teenage child together. The cost of two houses is significant so would not be viable long term, so it would be ideal if we could carry on living together. Would allowing him to live with me (either contributing financially or not) put my property at any risk of a claim from his wife during the divorce? He’s already submitted his divorce application and is waiting for a response/process to begin

Today I just bought this camera at the flea market in my city, in Spain.
It was atached to this Nikon Cine Autotimer thing.
It's missing the motor lever and the cable input to run the Autotimer. Is there any way to try it without the lever? It's in really good condition btw.
It cost me 80 eur. Was it a good deal? I'm into analog gear, but mostly point and shoot 35mm photography cameras, so I don0t know much about this large thing LOL
