so the town near riften thatâs a mining town has frostbite spiders in their mines. and one day i visited the town to use the mine and it was eerily empty. assuming they were in the mines i went inside and saw the dead bodies of the npcs. and now everytime i visit theyâre still dead. is this normal? i mean iâve already killed the spiders several times so i assumed they would stay dead. iâm just confused if i did something wrong or if i failed a mission i didnât know about.

2025.01.19 14:21 slayercatz Need tips on python dependencies + upgrading to Torch 2.5.0
I wanted to play with MMAudio, which generates ambient sounds from video. I thought I needed to get torch 2.5.1 to get it working, but I've been in a doom spiral of dependencies conflicts for 5h.
I've been playing with Comfy for a Year and when issue occur, I manage to eventually fix them after few hours. I try things, but don't actually fully understand what I'm doing. I've just learned the pip freeze > current_versions.txt trick to backup your python libraries before starting to mess with them.
When trying to get other libraries compatible, I get some error saying I need torch 2.5.0+cu124 and say I only have torch 2.5.0, but I do have the +cu124, so I'm not understanding that one. I used this cmd to get it setup: pip install torch==2.5.0+cu124 torchvision==0.20.0+cu124 torchaudio==2.5.0+cu124 --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu124
Are there tips and tricks that you guys do when messing around with depedencies? I learned to always look at requirements.txt in custom nodes now because of some force version downgrades (pov video of my frustration that day). I sometimes use Copilot, but often it screw me over big time.
Also, any tips on upgrading Comfy to use Torch 2.5.0 or ways to go back and forth versions easily like when switching Nodes versions with nvm? I used 2.4.1 before.

Brauche einmal eure Schwarmintelligenz: Und zwar hab ich folgendes Problem; ich habe gestern gemerkt, dass meine KleiderschrankrĂŒckseite schimmelt (đ€ą) und habe heute alles sauber gemacht und behandelt. Leider hat es auch ein paar Klamotten und Schuhe, welche an der RĂŒckseite lagen erwischt. Diese möchte ich jetzt gerne entsorgen. Seit Januar 2025 darf man ja Altkleider nicht mehr im RestmĂŒll entsorgen, sondern nur noch in Altkleidercontainer, aber meine Schimmel Sachen will ich da ungern reinschmeiĂen, da 1. die weder als Klamotten, noch als Weiterverarbeitung zu Putzlappen geeignet sind (da eben mit Schimmelsporen verpestet) und 2. ich nicht will dass andere (wohlmöglich brauchbare) Kleidung im Container durch meinen Schimmel infiziert werden. So richtig viel Platz hab ich aber auch nicht in meiner RestmĂŒlltonne (darf ich ja aber sowieso offiziell nicht mehr da rein). Also ihr Lieben, wo wĂŒrdet ihr das Ekel-Zeug am ehesten entsorgen?
