I'm in 9th grade and 3 years back I changed schools since It was really hard for me to fit in this girl started being friends w me. ofc I was happy to have one real friend at school but she started acting weird around me, calling me ugly and fat and making some rude jokes about me I didn't like that at all so I started saying stuff back to her but she got really pissed at me (not to mention she was friends with a boy that at that time bullied) these comments still stuck to me since I was already getting fat shamed in my family I wasn't even fat, I had a healthy BMI and it never created any medical issues. She changed schools and I stopped being friends w her completely but bc of those comments I started a weight loss journey that made me lose 5kgs in less then 2 weeks. I couldn't sleep or get out of my bed I gained all the weight back and developed bulimia some months ago and in December I was purging so much food that I passed out and had to skip school for 9 days.

2025.01.19 13:59 SonOf_J Stereo speakers advice for low wattage reciever
I'm mostly new to the audioworld and I need some help picking out speakers. I can pick up an old pioneer sx440, which has a low wattage output of 12W. I'm looking for a budget startup stereo set to pair with this reciever, about 300-400 would be ideal, but I can go to about 500 if 'needed'. I was looking at the klipsch r-50m and it seems like this would work, given the high efficiency of these speakers. But I don't know much about it so I'm not sure if I'm overlooking some things.
Would this be a good option, and/or do any of you have any other recommendations in my price range?

As stated in the title, my ex quiet BPD diagnosed came back. A message at 3am to tell me she'd seen a poster that reminded her of me.
Personal satisfaction, she's cracked. There's nothing particular in her message. But we've all sent a message to our ex at 3am after 8 beers. Either because we just want to have sex, or because we miss the person and alcohol makes communication easier.
All that to say, I'm personally proud of the fact that she misses me a little after her period of devaluation. Did you want to play? Too late. But... it's never too late with this kind of person. This is the problem....
Over and above my personal pride, I know exactly what to do: not answer. That's what I'm going to do, even if it's tempting. That's where I need you to remind me why and I shouldn't answer. Because between you and me, why answer? It would flatter her ego, it would make her think she could have me back at any moment. I could probably sleep with her, but my pride goes way beyond that. She's trampled on it so much...there's no world where I give her a hint of satisfaction. But ... she is hot you know...
I have dated few women recently, but I am not really attracted to them. Why I do that? To make progress on co-dependency, so I need to date (this is maybe stupid, but I dont have any other solution to go beyond codependency). I dont hurt them because things are clear, I don't want anyhting serious.
Please help me to remind why it's not a good idea to text your exBPD hot gf...

before anyone gives me shit for being in std 9, YES i enjoy my life, YES i am being a kid so please dont lecture TvT
so UT2 in our school is basically like a preboards paper, everything taught so far comes in the paper and wow that was a reality check... got 64 in ssc and 47 in sci (usually score in 60s -sometimes even 70s) so big big jumpscare
basically i looked up some videos online ab how to study seriousky and so on and one tip that intrigued me was basically studying directly from questions. ie, instead of making notes of the textbook making notes only from past papers, solutions and i guess diffirent websites, workbooks (but not ratta ofc) because that's what is gonna come in test. im thinking of adapting this for sst and science but not really sure since there's many ways i can see this backfiring. has anyone tried this? howd it worked out? if it was succesful, any resources or tips?
