I’m a noob in Google Ad. We launched a campaign to promote our app with 20 videos. But I noticed that the higher CTR (20%+) videos were given very few impressions while the low CTR (0.7%) was given tons. As a result, almost all installs are from the low CTR videos and the creatives were rated best.
That’s quite anti-intuitive to me. Should Google Ad give more impressions to higher CTR creatives?

What does it mean if a girl goes silent and doesn't answer you after the rest of the group leaves and you're left one to one?
There is a woman in work who is about 10 years older than me, and we constantly have an on/ off thing of avoiding each other for periods and then engaging and joking around lightly for other periods. When I started in the office I feel I came on too strong (nothing overt) just asking her for her help first over other coworkers and being in her vicinity, because she was very helpful, I liked her (and I realised I had a little crush, even though I know it is completely unfeasible). Eventually she started avoiding me and I realised I was making her uncomfortable so I started avoiding her to give her space. It's been on/ off since then. I'm pretty sure she's aware of my crush (but it's just a crush, I would never act on it obviously) and I'm also sure that her other coworkers are aware of it, which probably makes her extremely uncomfortable.
The other day, I was talking to her in a group of two or three people and it seemed like a good, honest conversation and she talked to me openly I feel. Then as we were getting the elevator, the other two people got out a floor early and we said goodbye to them.
We were left alone in the elevator then and it went quiet, and I tried just making just light innocent small talk to continue our earlier conversation, but she completely ignored me and went silent (she didn't even try to respond with a nod or acknowledge I was speaking, as if I wasn't there).
Is she creeped out by me still? I just want to know how to proceed, as I realise the crush and everyone's knowledge is making her uncomfortable, but do I try and just turn it into a friendship and treat her like everyone else, or do I go on giving her space and avoiding her? Thanks.

2025.01.19 14:21 Proper_Writing_696 AITA because my mom physically attacked me for the first time
I’m 16 and not in a good place right now. I often have rage fits and will start screaming and throwing and smashing things (I have never laid a hand on anyone or aimed to hurt them) today I had another one and my mom shouted at me to get out of the house. I’m not violent towards anyone so I do as she said and she followed me out to the porch and started yelling for me to get my shoes on. As I was doing so she then walked out of the porch but then suddenly came back in, grabbed me and was like pulling my clothing and hair I don’t really know what she was doing and I was trying to push her away from me but she wouldn’t let go so I opened the door and walked out of the house and she then grabbed a stack of 2 buckets and repeatedly beat me with them before throwing them at me and slamming the door shut and then told me I had to walk 1.5 miles to my dads house and my dad is HORRIBLE and a very bad person (I won’t go into detail) I now feel really guilty too because my 10 year old sibling witnessed this all happen and was crying when my mom was hitting me. AITA?

Upon having gotten every achievement for Sweet Home, I gotta say that this is one of the best mods to come out recently. Very well researched, well written, and it is very impressive how this mod manages to make playing an election in a de facto one-party state interesting.
I especially admire the moderate and NSRP routes for their writing, with how horrifying the NSRP route is and how the moderate route presents the internal conflict between the temptation towards embracing segregation even while Wallace morally disagrees with it.
in other words: GOAT mod, if you haven't played it - do so.
