Hi I am writing this to spread awareness about house renting brokers scam particularly operative in areas like Evershine City Vasai.
Context: I am currently residing out of Mumbai and was looking to rent out my flat.
Supposed house broker, who is 60+ senior citizen is offering to broke houses to clients for less to none commission. Citing that he is doing this to help people and building a good rapport with people. Once the flat keys are given to show clients around, he is misusing the flat space.
I got to know about this activity and confronted the uncle about this and he started abusing me and giving me threats about bringing political influence. My house keys are with him and he is not handing it over.
Please please share this post in your groups to spread awareness and not give your house keys to unknown people for broking.

I'm confused why the discussion about the TikTok ban centers around American content creators finding other Chinese apps to post on instead of Instagram, which has a similar setup and is right there. I barely use social media and I've never even downloaded TikTok, so I'm definitely missing some context here. I just don't understand why these creators can't just use another similar, ubiquitous app.

2025.01.19 15:03 Disastrous-Yard-1378 I have lost interest in most things, and am starting to get repulsed by them.
Like Iāve tried playing all sorts of genres from rpg to sandbox to rhythm games. Iāve tried reading fictional books, Iāve tried cooking, Iāve tried probably everything. But not matter what I do, itās always like 10 minutes of an absolute high, like omg omg this is so fun, to what am I doing with my time, and after all of that my brain just goes laser focused on like wanting to achieve this one goal of mine. Like Iāve literally gone from smiling and laughing one minute to sitting in the dark staring at my wall and just going, bruh.
Is this like a normal thing that happens to people?

We know from previous years that once the muscle injuries start to build up it has a cascading effect on the squad as remaining players need to play more minutes leading to more muscle injuries.
One thing I love about Slot is how he is managing the squad, he doesnāt rush players back and doesnāt take any risks with players who feel a niggle (as was the case with Jota yesterday)
As a result we are at the end of January and only have Joe Gomez out (which was as a result of playing too much while Konate was injured)
If you compare our squad to that of Arsenalās or Cityās at the moment I think for once we can be the team to kick on towards the end of the year.
The caveat to this is how Slot approaches the cup competitions and the remaining games in the Champions League, but I have full faith in our bald King š

Location: MA. USA. My pool level is getting really high with the volume of rain and snow melt weāve had. Iām 4 inches from the top of the liner. Iām concerned that if I get a lot more rain or snow that the water level will overflow and get under the apron and freeze. Today is mild so I thought Iād pump some out. Problem is thereās 4inches of ice on the top. If I pump out water, what will support the ice? I imagine this could damage the liner(which is brand new). What do people with pools do in winter climates with overflow issues? Thanks for the advice!
