2025.01.19 16:00 Frogsisgay Clinic choices for ADHD?
Probably the end of this month I will start the process of applying for my card for ADHD. It seems reasonable that all clinics would prescribe for ADHD as readily as any other as it is a recognised condition but wanted to know if anyone who has been prescribed for ADHD has any recommendations for a clinic? My old man is with Mamedica (for arthritis) and has had a pretty good time so far, he’s been with them for about a year now and has had no major problems. This was going to be who I would apply through but I am open to suggestions.

I am writing to all my fellow South Africans who are currently aupairs in Germany. The situation is as follows: my cousin wants to come to Germany as an aupair and the only requirement she does not meet is the A1 language certificate. She has taken the exam twice and unfortunately failed both times, the reason being that she recently finished her bachelor's degree which meant she did not have much time to study. She has not attended any german courses and has been studying with online resources and old exam papers - I was wondering the following: Since the family has to send her to German classes as soon as she arrives here, and she is contractually required to speak English with the children, is it still possible for her to go to the visa appointment and still get the visa? If the au pair visa is refused, is there a waiting period before she can apply again?
I have heard that Goethe is a bit stricter than other schools, is there any other way she can get the required certificate?

You can still support the author by getting the e-book version, and then using the app Speechify to read it to you. My husband has been using Speechify for work purposes for years, and it was just recommended for my daughter to help her in school, but I had never tried it. Apart from the realization that I am an auditory processor, it has opened up a whole world of other options.

2025.01.19 16:00 Kind-Humor4400 Release surgery
So I’m planning on having release surgery on my left hand in a little over a week and starting to get anxious. I’ve always worked in restaurants, and currently am a bread baker. I used to get really bad throbbing pain in both hands, but now it’s tingling and numbness (esp at night). Work has been great and I’ve tentatively taken off two weeks for work, but starting my to think that it’s going to be a bit longer before I can return.
For those of you that have had this surgery, what was your recovery like? Currently I lift between 200-400lbs daily (flour, dough, etc), and I’m thinking that two weeks to recover won’t be nearly long enough. I’m planning on having my right hand done as well, but waiting to schedule, depending on how the first hand goes.

2025.01.19 16:00 shaggyyguy Quit smoking weed over fear of drug testing
I stopped smoking/vaping/using edibles ~3wks ago because I am afraid I could be drug tested for clinical rotations in my master's program and for my future career. I've been a regular smoker for about 10 years, ranging from multiple times daily to a couple times per week. I only smoked in my free time and never at work. For the past year or so, I was only smoking before bed to help me sleep (I have always had issues with insomnia). I don't know what I expected when quitting, but I don't have any more motivation or energy - the only difference is that I have difficulty sleeping and I have messed up dreams. If anything, I wake up tired because I don't sleep through the night. I'm using melatonin but it doesn't really help, and I want to stay away from prescription sleep aids. I plan to resume smoking in moderation once I'm out of danger of being drug tested, but that won't be for at least another year. Has anyone else been through this? Is the difficulty sleeping going to improve? I'm in a state where it's legalized (New York state, if it matters) - am I overreacting in my fears of drug testing? No one has mentioned drug testing, I'm just afraid of it as a possibility in the healthcare field. Weed is a stupid reason to be dismissed from my program, but I think it would be ridiculous to be dismissed over a legal substance, especially when there would be no consequences for alcohol use off the job.

Znači winblowsi su mi preko updatea potajno zamijenili TP-Linkov driver za njihov stick sa nekim usranim defaultnim Atheros driverom.
Pitanje je koliko korisnika u svijetu pogođeno ovim, sve zbog američke paranoje.
