Hiii. I've been in this company for more than 7 years already. It was 2022 when i got my last promotion. Since then, no promotion or salary increase na, which i know i deserve naman kasi i'm doing well and they are even telling me that way.
Now, they are saying na ippromote na daw nila ako pero wala muna salary adjustment kasi di pa maganda business condition.
What are your thoughts? Is this a positive move or not?

Hello, I have some Patagonia terraborne joggers which are great for warmer weather. I think they look quite smart as they are just all black and slightly fitted. Does anyone have suggestions for trousers for colder weather?
Something you can wear on hikes but also don’t look out of place in the supermarket (I hate wearing jeans)

I have made multiple since I started (I’m c3-gc1) but I never play on them solo, I’ve only made them for the sole purpose to play with my worse friends because I want them to have more fun and playing at my rank is not fun for me or for them, they can’t even touch the ball and I get tilted because I’m playing my rank and want to beat them but can’t because my teammate is trash. The other thing is it’s inevitable you’re gonna run into Smurfs at all ranks so I just do it too.

Everything I’ve read about the ambino says it controls to provide a fixed volume of coffee.. However I find that when I have an overly fine grind my flow rate drops way off and the total output is reduced. Is this because the pump’s relief valve is bleeding water back to the suction side and that amount of water is not accounted for by however Breville is controlling shot volume - I.e., is the volume only constant if I keep the grind in the range where there is no relief valve action?
