OK, I just started the 24/7 sleep mode with the tslim x2 and it’s just amazing. The only thing that bugs me is when I’m doing my sports activities. I feel like the sleep mode is a bit dangerous for prolonged exercises… So for those who have experimented this 24/7 sleep mode for a while, what do you do when you do sports? Do you just keep the sleep mode and and eat something if blood glucose get low or do you change for normal or activities programs? My issue with activities program is that the blood sugar goal is so much higher and I don’t like that. Thank you all for your input! 😊

What is the best approach to buying physical gold bullion?
I have seen it for sale from the major banks, Costco, and some smaller private sellers, how to I verify that I am actually getting 24k gold especially if going to a private seller.
I see that there is no GST or HST on the sale of gold (if pure), but is gold a registered investment and are there capital gain taxes on gold when it is sold?
Where is the best place to sell gold?

My kids dad and i broke up back in july when i decided i was not happy with how the relationship had been going. we were together for almost 8 years and have 2 young kids together. he ended up meeting someone 2 months after and i believe after having space from each other i felt like i made a mistake… he even admitted to feeling confused and made it seem like he wanted to get back together and hooked up with me but ended up going back to the other girl… now i am pregnant and dont know what to do.. he doesn’t know yet and i feel horrible knowing the other women doesnt know. he claims he told her what happened between us but i dont believe it since he tends to lie a lot. i felt so used and betrayed and now feel bad as well for her and having to tell them this … i dont know what the right thing to do is and dont want to be painted as this bad person either when he lead me on … he has even met her kid and it just doesnt seem right this whole situation..

2025.01.19 16:22 Head_Ad_3801 Study Abroad for Master (SCM) in Australia. What are the benefits ?
I am a final-year student in Logistics and SCM in Viet Nam and I am near graduating from university.
I was planning to study Master straight out of graduation to finish of with academics right away, as I heard a lot of people lose motivation to comeback to school after a few years of working. And I want to get a Master degree so I want to tackle it right away.
I was presented with an opportunity to study abroad when I told my parents about this. Specifically my dad, as he said it would open my mindset and present me to a different way of thinking than where I have been growing up in.
I am sure that this can help me in different ways, but because I couldn't quantify the benefits, I can't really compare between studying here in Viet Nam and abroad to Australia.
So I want to ask if anybody have done masters abroad ( even better if it's Australia) and was it beneficial to you in anyway, And how was your life or career was different than before you did it ?
Thank you so much for any replies, I'm just really stuck with this over these past few days. Most posts are just about how people got to travel, meet new people when they study abroad. But I can't comprehend the benefits (not just in monetary forms) in doing this.
