Been doing some wildlife photography recently with my Rebel EOS T4i and was trying to take some video of a tern bathing. However, I could not for the life of me see the screen on the camera to ensure I was focused and recording what I wanted due to the bright light conditions. What do folks recommend to make it easier to view the screen in these conditions?

Hello everyone, I was planning for a solo three country travel plan starting from Vietnam- Cambodia- Thailand. Initial plan was to complete this trip in 1-2 months from April. But now I see all posts on songkran festival and it’s breaking my heart to miss it. If I change my plan and I start from Thailand then my travel expenses will be more as it’s costly from Vietnam to my country.
Option 1: go with existing plan and enjoy the trip as planned and forget about this festival
Option 2: make change to plan, exclude Cambodia and arrange more money to bear the expenses

Okay so long story short, I (25M) went on two dates with this girl I started to really like, but was told we wouldn’t work romantically. She said that I was a “great guy” but hanging out with me felt too much like a “co-worker or a friend of a friend”.
Now doing a biopsy of that first date, I realized I probably was not all that romantic and that is where I messed up the most. This kinda lead to a realization that while I think I have a solid personality, that personality is lacking in the romantic “spark” department.
I think at heart, I really am or at least can be romantic, but years of being alone has kinda that eroded my feelings and understanding of romance. It’s a muscle I haven’t used in a long time and I kinda wanna start changing that.
On top of that, I’m a big dude, and I don’t want to come off as threatening and I want to be respectful. However, this ends up meaning that most of the time I’m not sure where that boundaries lies in terms of what’s acceptable in terms of a romantic gesture, and end up trying to play things too safe.
I guess what I’m trying to ask is: What are some acceptable romantic gestures to make on a first date? Or things I can do to express romantic interest?
And I get it, no one size fits all and you have to read the field as you go, but I’m looking for examples to draw inspiration from in terms of what I might be comfortable too.
What might be something I could that could interest a girl romantically? And inversely what might be going a bit too far? I’ve already heard of breaking that physical barrier on the first date, but I am very nervous of
