This is inspired by the recent post where somebody was disappointed that new tone is not in producer edition. If you had the power - how would you redesign the FL Studio product tiers?
To kick off discussion, I think it'd be interesting if they rethought their tiers around use cases instead of what seem to be somewhat random. I'll toss out the following idea, i know there are holes to it but at least (imo) has more of a thought process behind what the tiers mean. Like how Native Instruments has a conscious strategy behind "Beats" and "Band" path for Komplete 15 Select.
Free (trial) -totally focus it around trial experience -this would mean allowing audio recording, could limit to just a few tracks and I don't know if it's possible, but limit number of saves allowed on trial
Producer -Broader range of stock instruments (ie introduce classic FL synths like toxic biohazard, sawer, poisons earlier) but not full use of factory presets -Newtone and new time included to encourage vocalists. We already have a historical reputation for being less recording friendly, so why not offer these tools earlier to work to dispel that thought -Mixing effects are included but basic essentials (ie parametric eq 2, reverb, delay, compressor)
Signature (mixing and sound design) -Here add in a bunch more mixing effects -Unlock things like transient shaper and pitch shifter that don't imo belong in all plugins -Sound design tools like grossbeat still found here
All Plugins -Unlocks full range of factory presets -Unlocks "premium" instruments and effects like Harmor, Kepler EXO, TrueVerb (I think a few more are needed) -Maybe could work with UVI to introduce a more modern factory wavetable synth so one wouldn't 'need' to download vital or a third party synth like Serum, Current 2)

I don’t post much on Reddit but I must say I’m so curious on what to do next. I have this AIO bag going and I was about to do the break and shake today and I noticed a few mushrooms growing in it. I’m not sure what to do from here? Do I not do a break and shake and just let them keep growing like this? Or should I let them grow and harvest the few I get and then do the break and shake? Any advice would be amazing.

Hey all, I'm a freelancer with a background in printmedia. I've done a lot of layout-jobs and am very familiar with InDesign.
Now I've gotten tasked with designing multiple flyers for a customer. He has asked me to provide a source file in the end, sure. But he wants me to give him .psd files! He doesn't know of InDesign and doesn't want .ai files either. I've tried exporting from ID and opening the pdf in ID, but then it's all one layer.
It's only after accepting the task, that he told me about wanting .psd files. I've tried out text layouting in Photoshop and it's really hard and the font is coverted to pixels. I can't seem to figure out how to even place multiple text boxes with Text flowing through all of them. I feel like PS is just not the right tool for this.
Does anybody have experience with layouting in Photoshop, is it doable? Should I just tell him, I can't do this comission or that I can't give him the source files?

So, I was playing Trainwreck with a suppressive-fire CAR-15 build and the Thermal White Phosphor Scope. I was on B1 Rooftop in King of the Hill and proceeded to beam a player with Rapid shots in single-shot fire mode, getting a kill at 304 metres. The snipers just feel useless as hell, except for Ascension.

I really didn’t think I would have an update. Thought us just saying we were not going was enough. Well I wasn’t disappointed.
Bella went off on me for not going. Saying I had to be fucking with her and she was not happy. Even went on the good o’ Facebook stating how annoyed she was.
FIL let it slip that Billy had already proposed to her in different places. One being at the bowling alley during their league. I mean how many times can you say yes??
Our phones kept blowing up asking if we could change our mind and just come. We stood our ground.
I have not been told or notified if it even happened again this weekend. All I know is us not going put a wrench into her plans which pissed her off. I think I dogged a bullet.
