The Ark Creators have unleashed a beast and it's killing everything in it's path! Survivors must build Monster Hunter Ships and take to the seas to slay the beast and it's minions!
Ships are made out of stone. Ballista Mounted Turrets will be ideal for the event. You can bring 1 Water Creature per tribe to aid your ships in the fighting of the beasts! Choose wisely! There are a lot of support creatures from PHB that might help out with this as well.

Trade wars have begun on the open seas of The Center. The Ark Creators have a large shipment of goods being transported to home base. Will they succeed in the shipment of these goods!?
Ships are made out of Stone. Tribes can have multiple ships. Shoulder Pets are allowed ONLY. Cannons and Ballista Mounted Turrets allowed on the ship. Players can bring any weapons, armor, consumables, etc to succeed. NO EXPLOSIVES! You can fight other players ships as well as the trade ships. You can board other players ships as well. There will be sections where the ships must fight against Land Defenses so their isn't just a straight boat chase.

2025.01.19 17:10 Yaamen11 How Much Should You Tailor a Campaign to Your Players
I’m a relatively novice DM, and am working on a fairly ambitious campaign. I have a basic idea of how I want it to proceed and am starting to get everything put together. Most of players seem content to see how everything unfolds, but one of them has been asking me to add certain things. The first request was to make their character that wasn’t an in-game race. I accommodated this request as she was able to find workable stats online that I agreed would work in place of a standard race. The next thing she wanted was to make a custom class. This I asked for a compromise on. She wanted to make a dancer, ala Final Fantasy 14 style. I wasn’t comfortable working a class I couldn’t easily reference from game books so I asked her to use a modified bard and allowed the use of chakras weapons in the campaign. Next she asked if this class could use wild shape. I said she should probably play as a Druid if she wants that ability, so then she asked if it could just be one animal. I said I would see about working in a quest that would allow her to gain access to a magical item that would allow her to transform into one animal, that I would pick. Because she couldn’t choose the animal, she’s saying I’m being too strict in building my campaign, and then brought up how I wouldn’t let her use the dancer class she wanted. I want to make sure my players have fun, but also want to make sure that there are some surprises for them and that the gameplay is balanced and challenging. Since I’m still fairly new to being a DM, I wanted to know what some of you thought. Should I stand my ground here, or be more accommodating?

 | My Lucy started limping in November, fast forward to an X-ray and our biggest fear as Greyhound owners confirmed it was O. We had the vet come to our home to send our girl to the bridge. Lucy was our first greyhound, she came to us in October 2020 from West Palm Beach, FL. She quickly became the center of our world, literally any decision made was based around our girl. Pet loss is brutal, one minute I’m looking at pictures of her being goofy and the next I’m balling my eyes out on a Teams call because one of her hairs is stuck in my keyboard. The silence is so loud at home. But, it’s also weird because I will love and miss my Lucy forever, and nothing will ever replace her, but I also know that there are so many greyhounds in need of a loving home. I think of my girl running through fields of lush and colourful flowers, and when she appears from the flowers the sun is shining upon her and she stops, lays down and proceeds to sunbathe. The original hotel opened in 1927 at Newbury and Arlington, but the expansion into the former Engineers Club at Commonwealth and Arlington is where things get interesting. Back Bay residents initially opposed the Carlton House addition, fearing it would block evening sun and overshadow the Garden. It took Cabot, Cabot & Forbes nearly seven years to navigate community pushback and secure permits before construction began in 1979. The Carlton House was designed to complement the original 1927 Ritz building, but here’s the mystery: how did the five houses at 2-10 Commonwealth disappear? Built in 1864 by Erastus Bigelow and Thomas Appleton, they were demolished by 1963, leaving the site vacant for 17 years. Jane Holtz Kay’s Lost Boston notes that Thomas Appleton’s 10 Commonwealth Ave residence was among those demolished, but it’s unclear why or how this prime Back Bay property was allowed to vanish—especially given the area’s fierce protection of its historic architecture. If anyone has insight or documentation about this demolition, I’d love to know more.
