With the iOS Calendar update and calendar widgets now available, honestly I'm feeling a bit like Thanos collecting all the Infinity Stones (without the destruction part). I'm using Mail, Pass, Drive, VPN, and I've just moved all my Google Calendar info over + subscribing to a work calendar + subscribing to local Public Holidays... and it all works! The iOS widget is a already pretty good. Thanks, Proton... appreciate the great suite and looking forward to what comes next.

I'm a destiny veteran who's been playing destiny 2 off and on. Every time I come back after a long hiatus I come back to a new thing to do. Like now there are no bounties to grab for vanguard and crucible. 🤨 Now it's just a "Pathfinder" ANYWAYS, HERES MY QUESTION: is it still worth the grind to level up crafted weapons? Or can I just make due with the regular weapons 🥹 Everytime I come back to the game it's overwhelming

 | I got a new tetra yesterday, he was a rescue fish from the pet store - someone returned him saying the tank burst... he has darker color towards his bottom fins. When I first got him yesterday he was swimming crazy and breathing super heavy/rapidly. He seems to have mellowed out now, was he just stressed from his old home and the pet store? He still breathes weird occasionally, but it’s not constant now. Water at 74 degrees, ph normal, strip test normal. Hello everyone, I am German and officially and completely left the church in 2014. Before that, I simply stopped attending church. I was born into the church and, after grappling with doubts, managed to realize that one can only be a “showcase member” through perfection.
I’m currently watching American Primeval and trying to recall how everything was presented to us back in the church. The victim narrative, “everyone hates the Mormons,” yadda yadda.
Serious question: is the topic of the Mountain Meadows Massacre ever addressed in modern times, or is it just swept under the rug? Does anyone remember that?

I have a professional teacher who’s one of the best on iTalki. She has almost 20 years of experience, she’s a university professor, she has a doctoral degree, every certification under the sun, etc. etc. She knows her stuff. Her calendar is consistently booked months out, she’s taught almost 10K lessons, has a perfect rating, and gets glowing comments every single day.
She’s raising her price soon ($30 —> $35) and I don’t want to continue with her. My issues:
First, we follow a textbook (C1 level) and she is kind enough to correct the homework outside of class, but she just spot checks and isn’t thorough. There have been many times where I’ve not understood why certain things would be right/wrong, only for her to realize her corrections (or lack thereof) are inaccurate while we’re looking at the homework together. If I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard “I must have missed that” I’d be rich. I know it’s not malicious — she’s spread too thin — but she’s cutting corners and I’m getting a half-assed product from her. I might as well be guiding myself through the textbook.
Second, she just wants to chat during the class time. I have questions about the homework, and yet I’ve spent entire lessons just chatting with her. I’ve allowed this, yes, and thus I’ve not been able to take advantage of that extensive knowledge of hers. We’ve gotten weeks behind on homework reviews, so much so that I’ve had to blow through my questions (or skip entire sections) in order to catch up. Meanwhile she’s chatting me up and asking about random topics for most of the lesson time on my dime. She’ll also say stuff like “oh next time let’s get you started studying for x cert” and then never bring it up again. It’s like a class to nowhere/nothing where I keep paying and feeling ripped off.
All things considered, it’s hard not to be resentful given the price point.
Has anyone experienced this? Paying lots for someone who’s perfect on paper and feeling like there are glaring issues?

Both shows very blurred test lines but this is still positive result? Should we go see the doctor tomorrow and there's a more definitive test available?
If this is positive, which measures can be taken to avoid pregnancy?

I had an IUD for years, but when it came time to switch out I went on the pill (nextsellis) as I’m getting married soon and will likely want to get pregnant, didn’t want to go through the hassle/pain/cost of an IUD for such a short time so I started the pill. It was great for a few months but then I started having horrible side effects (I wrote a whole post about it already, but in short very clammy hands, horrendous mood swings, and high blood pressure)…
So I obviously stopped taking nextsellis after a blood-pressure related trip to the ER, and within 6 days I gained 10 pounds that I haven’t been able to shake. I constantly feel wildly bloated, it literally feels like someone blew me up with helium from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep…I’m getting married in 4 months and now my dress doesn’t fit even though I am eating even betteless and moving more.
All that to say, I’m looking for some morning/daily supplements to help with debloating and getting my body back. I take a prebiotic in the morning but that’s it…any other suggestions? My naturopath can’t see me until February so I’m desperate for any suggestions. Thank you!
