I'm a SDE with nearly 3 years of experience, I'm looking to switch to a UI/UX design role after nearly burning out in my current role.
I did a few courses and have got my UX fundamentals in order. I am currently working on my portfolio where I'm creating a new app from scratch and it also includes a redesign case study of an already existing app.
However, I find myself in a difficult situation when I sit down to actually design the interface. I can imagine what the interface can look like but I'm not able to translate that into actual design in figma (maybe because my creative side of the brain hasn't been used in these 3 years of pointless programming haha).
Any guidance would be appreciated

8y 7m spayed female. MCT dx 2 years ago on left leg, vet said to monitor but didn’t recommend surgery due to area/size. One week ago had bloody, mucous diarrhea and vomited 1x. Went to vet last weds, rx proviable, chicken and rice diet and monitor. Stool started become more firm, but still consistency of frosty.
Last night she vomited 1x, 4 cases of yellow watediarrhea. Hasn’t ate or drank anything. Seems kinda of lazy. WILL perk up for a walk but not responding to the normal disruptions that would typically make her bark.
Was looking into Pepcid and Benadryl to start today and contact vet tomorrow.
Am I postponing the inevitable? Any last ditch efforts? I know y’all typically get this but I am tired and selfishly I’m doing everything I can to keep her longer, but I need someone to tell me it’s time.

I'm looking for someone to play turn-based games with, ideally featuring tactical combat. Central European timezone, mostly playing on a Steam Deck nowadays. Co-op in story mode or PvP, either works for me.
Some of the games I enjoyed are Divinity: Original Sin 2, Heroes of Might and Magic 3, Into the Breach, Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales, or Waven. I appreciate when games aren't too grindy or repetitive, and figuring out viable builds/teams/decks plays a major role.

You finish your drink.
