I have reach a point where I can no longer put on a smile and eager face during work. Looking for advices how to fake it until I depart. Yes I am looking for new roles and is actively applying and interviewing
I know I need put on a good show until I move on, and I fully intended to as much as I can. However, In the last few weeks, it become harder and harder. When certain individual in my team start talking, it feels like a trigger (in my mind, its like again!!!! the same blame it on me, the same she is innocent and can't possible do wrong), and i find it almost impossible to fake the smile again. I am just mentally tire to entertain them and pretend to understanding.
People can tell my smile are vague and forced. When my manger asked, I just say I was tired and didn't sleep well, but that excuse can only last so far...what else can I say??

I'm on the second episode of season 1. Knowing what I know, I am seeing everyone through a new lense.
For one thing, Mary has always been funny and was really nice, while Jen and Lisa were legit unhinged. Lisa has always been the villian.
I'd also forgotten about Jen throwing Merideth a party that had nothing to do with Merideth and Whitney trying to tell Lisa her bartenders acted unprofessionally (which they did) at her vow renewal and Lisa took it as an affront instead of saying she would look into it. SO WEIRD.
Also, had completely forgotten about Robert Sr. and that Lisa was some sort of Sundance party planner. This is a TRIP.

I had a fascinating message come in asking me whether my MC was going to be the same in book two.
It shows that they understand the premise. My MC gets isekaiād into a āvesselā in another dimension and needs to keep the host alive and make it an ally to the war after she leaves.
So the fact the reader is asking that question means they either like the character or want to know how I plan to approach it.
Either way, good sign, right? Or am I missing something?
The fact they even assume Iāll have a book two is interesting as well.
Do you all get messages like this? How do you answer?

Hi all - thought I'd share a story here because I just need to be reassured. On Dec 31, my gf and I had protected sex (using condom) however it was very very briefly put on the wrong side, only initially, and not all the way. It was very soon corrected afterwards. I pulled out and finished outside of her as well with the condom still on at that point.
Fast forward 2 weeks and her period hadn't come yet, so she took an early detection pregnancy test on Jan 14 first thing in the morning, and it clearly showed as negative. A few days later, it seems her period has officially struck (very late, this was ~day 38 since her last period), with her symptoms being vginal bleeding (red), headaches, some cramping, back pain, and a few others (mood swings, etc.). However, she has also had a stuffy nose to complement this which is kind of concerning since she doesn't normally get this, and it's also all hitting her quite hard this cycle.
Should we be concerned about anything, or are we in the clear?

I love native plants to my area I grow a good sized garden full of native plants and I understand their place in the ecosystem and how important they are. And I agree people should grow native plants however I have noticed most people seem to not see a difference between invasive and non native while many non native plants are invasive. Many non native plants really arenāt invasive especially very slow growing ones or moderate pace growing ones. A great example of a plant which is non native to North America but not invasive is the ginkgo tree. Ginkgo trees are the only living member of genus, family, order, class, phylum and they are endangered in the wild in Asia. Ginkgo trees very rarely spread here in the USA and have been here for around 200+ years and have not become a major issue. While it may be argued they donāt support a lot wildlife which is true having a few around here and there wonāt hurt especially because they are endangered in the wild so by growing them out of habitat we are giving them a chance to survive the mass extinction happening in the world. Another thing to consider is what if the country the plant is native to is very bad about protecting it sometimes in certain situations plants need to be and should be grown in other places. However I hate plants which are common in the wild and actually invasive and do spread such as Bradford pears here in the USA and Morus alba and European buckthorn and stuff like that those plants are common in the wild and very invasive on other continents such as in North America. But itās important to remember that not all non native plants are invasive species as I said and some especially endangered ones should be grown. And something like a ginkgo trees is definitely not invasive male trees donāt even make seeds the female ones do but only after 20 years from a seed ginkgo trees grow at a moderate pace and have shown them selves not be invasive and donāt really out compete native plants in anyway.

2025.01.19 17:56 Pristine_Ad3301 My thoughts after 1600 credits
On the strength of the 2 free songs they offer I decided to join. Those songs were great. They own the copyright which I knew. Not an issue.
My issue is that it was near impossible to get close to those songs. It happened but a lot credits were wasted, even though at the end I prefer the 2 free songs over the rest.
The selling point for Mureka apparently WAS the vocals being top level and zero censorship for lyrics.
In the last week or so the vocals just plain suck. They start off well only to completely change to a different singer midway through the song.
Some of the problems seem to be for all of these song apps; wrong gender, songs cutting off. Fine. But for the following I have no idea if it's only Mureka.
1-point I already made above, singer changes midday the song.
2- mispronounced words or even with heavy accents and worse still , they seem out of an American Idol auditions, the bad ones that have no business there. This is all on the last week, not prior.
3-after a trial and error with the description (prompts) box (500 credits if not more) I finally had a winning formula for 3 types of music: 70s rock, 80s hair metal and just pure metal songs. I liked the created songs even though they had issues too (see below) , at least the description worked. Well, in the last month the same prompts no longer work, wrong genre, crappy vocals, out of tune vocals. Very frustrating.
4- sound quality is terrible, worse than it should be allowed to be. Either the sound is too low, too loud with distortion or the volume fluctuates during the song.
5-extend feature is a joke. The only thing it seems to be good for is when a song cuts off, just add [outro] Nothing else and it works most of the time. Problem is , the sound quality is inferior. Craziness!
6- extend feature doesn't work if it's close to 4m. Says it's too long. That's terrible. Longest song created was 4:18. And it cut off. So couldn't use #5
7- REFERENCE feature doesn't work. Waste of credits.
8- VOCAL feature is ok only if you don't care what genres it creates and you're just happy to have someone sing your lyrics. Otherwise it's terrible because you can use it with the description box. Waste of credits
9- I already mentioned vocals being out of tune but at times it spits out the lyrics at a rapid pace, sometimes it makes them into a spoken word for the latter part of the song, other times it has lyrics I never wrote and have zero connection to what I wrote anyway.
10- putting [Guitar solo] doesn't work. It sings it instead. It doesn't know what a duet is either.
11- it doesn't accept description in the lyrics box, say if you want the song to start with a drum beat or if you want the song to start with a slow tempo and gradually pick up the pace etc...
My question is does suno have these problems as well?

I (29 HLM) have been dating a girl (23 LLF) for over a year. During the talking stage and early dating our sex life was great. We had sex at least 3 times per week where she was āsatisfiedā at least once sometimes up to four times in one session. The amount of times she was not satisfied at least once I could count on one hand. I made sure she enjoyed making love every time because I have been in a DB before but figured how could one say no if youāre always leaving satisfied. Fast forward to about 4 months ago, her eldest pet got sick and unfortunately passed away within 2 weeks of seeming healthy. It has destroyed her as she loved her pet with all her heart. She, understandably, has not been her self and our relationship has changed. I have been her main support system and am patient with her, doing what I can to help her heal. She wonāt acknowledge me sexually anymore and we have had sex twice in four months, with no other fooling around, since it has happened. We love each other and plan to get married sometime in 2026.
Throughout the four months, I have brought our sex life up once each month. I try to communicate my feelings, how it affects our relationship and my personal needs while still being considerate of her feelings while she tries to heal. This month was a rather serious conversation where I recommended couples counseling / therapy in order to mend our issues. She agreed then two days later she asked to have sex, I recommended against it so she wouldnāt feel pressured but she insisted she missed it too. We had great sex like we used (this was the occurrence #2 in four months) but has once again regressed to absolutely nothing sexual to her or myself.
I have a ton of thoughts / emotions running through my head about how to help her, feeling undesired, marrying into a potential DB, etc. I know once marriage and kids are involved sex life on average decreases so Iām worried starting at such a low frequency will lead us straight into a total DB. We plan on moving in together over the summer which also worries me.
How long do I keep trying to fix this issue before I have to call everything off? How do I know if things will get back to normal?
