First time home owner with relatively little DIY experience here. I’ve ripped out fitted wardrobes today and no carpet beneath (as expected).
My question is what’s the best way to replace this and fit skirting board? Or is it best to find a professional to do a proper job?
I’ve been looking at patching the carpet but it seems like a lot and there is no skirting board, other option would be to re carpet the entire room (fairly small) but we’d need to buy new carpet so it could get expensive.
Any advice appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi, ich suche nach einer Person/einem Unternehmen, die/dedas ein großes Brettspiel professionell in Kleinserie (zunächst vielleicht 20 Stück) produzieren könnte (Durchmesser mind. 80 cm, bestenfalls 100cm). Möglicherweise mit Hilfe eines industriellen 3D-Druckers. Das Spiel sieht ähnlich aus wie "Crokinole". Ich hatte bereits einen Partner für die Produktion gefunden, der ist aber kurzfristig abgesprungen. Deswegen möchte ich hier nun nochmal mein Glück versuchen. Das Spiel ist keine Kopie eines bestehenden Spiels, sondern ein eigenständiges Spiel mit eigenem Konzept, das ich schon mit relativ vielen Personen getestet habe, weshalb ich es nun vermarkten will. Ich bin wohnhaft in Essen und würde es daher auch begrüßen, wenn sich hier jemand finden würde, die/der Tipps hat :-)
