So I got hired on Friday, and the hiring person send me a messge stating "Har du någon bild på arbetstillstånd" and I explained being a citizen from the Netherlands and a EU citizen it's not required. "okej, inte van med EU medborgare. Men då hänger jag med"
I do not fully understand or how I should interpret this reply? Can anyone please explain

2025.01.19 17:40 WhatTheFlippityFlop Does pea gravel in stage 1 help, hurt or have no effect on the results?
I’m replacing stage 1 grit and have had this pea gravel in there. This is where I’m at after 2 months on stage 1 but have only done 3 grit changes. Any reason I should keep or not keep the gravel in there? I use ceramic media for stages 2+ but if the gravel helps wear down the harder to reach places on these rocks, I’d like input from others.

Hi Everyone, I applied to residency this year and submitted my application on time with all required doc: Transcript from school , letter of intent , CV, but the evaluators one of them could not send it on time because she is precepting and training and was not able to go it, and another one told me after that as a pharmacist he has some issues either the license and the BOP so he won’t be able to do it but the deadline of January 2nd has passed. But I still submitted my application on time with all the rest of the doc. My Question is : If I change evaluators and let them submit, is there any chance the program can still consider my application even for phase 2 ?? Please advise as I paid for 20 programs and really devastated coz I really wanted to do a residency as I graduated 2023. Thank you all

Je comprends l'inflation et la nécessité d'investir dans notre système de transport public, mais l'année dernière, ces frais étaient de 89 $, alors qu'ils sont passés à 190 $ cette année. Je comprends l'inflation, mais une augmentation de 100 % n'a pas de sens pour moi. Je n'ai pas de voiture de luxe et j'ai du mal à payer mes factures, alors cette augmentation est vraiment lourde, honnêtement. En tant que navetteur, je me rends au travail en voiture parce que cela me fait gagner du temps, et les transports publics sont en quelque sorte inaccessibles dans les banlieues. Honnêtement, je ne vois pas beaucoup d'amélioration dans nos horaires de bus et l'entretien du métro semble déficient, alors comment le gouvernement peut-il justifier une telle augmentation ? I try to use other German language stories but the vocabulary isn’t exact and I’d really love the feeling of competency to read a read chapter book in German with Duolingo words. Anyone find books they like that fit or even German tv shows that fit because I’m almost done with the German course and I still have problems with German tv shows and books

Hello all!
I live in the East Bay (Newark). I've live in the Bay Area for about 20 years now and I've noticed that the term East Bay encompasses way too much. I mentally thing of it in two sections: Upper East Bay: Anything above San Leandro, and Lower East Bay: Anything below San Leandro. I do this because when I see things on Yelp (for example) that say "where to find best wings in the East Bay" and then see it is talking about Albany, Pinole and Pleasant Hill, I don't feel that it is pertinent to where I live.
Does anyone else sub divide the bay area beyond the normal divisions?
