 | Hi everyone, I wanted to share an unfortunate experience I had while delivering for Amazon Flex recently in Madison Wisconsin. While on my last delivery stop during my scheduled block, a deer ran into my car. Thankfully, the deer was unharmed and ran off, but my car (2014 Mazda 3s Grand Touring I just bought) suffered damage to the front bumper and grille. Iām currently working with Amazon Flex Escalations to file a property damage claim through their insurance policy, but since I only have liability coverage on my personal auto policy, Iām responsible for repairs unless Amazonās Contingent Comprehensive coverage applies. Similar collisions can happen unexpectedly, especially in rural delivery areas. If you havenāt experienced something like this, itās good to know what steps to take in case it happens. Has anyone else had a similar experience? How did you manage repairs or deal with Amazonās insurance process? For now, Iām looking into repair options for the front bumper and grille. Checklist for Car Delivery and Accessories
Going to take delivery of XUV 3XO AX5L AT Petrol tomorrow. Want to know somethings to keep in mind before taking delivery.
I have already done PDI before making full payment and car Registration. Only concern during PDI was the stepney was from different manufacturer than the other 4 wheels though it was new and good condition.
So apart from this what are things I should be looking out for tomorrow.
Just after taking delivery I will be driving ~900 kms (Pune to Bangalore)
- Documentation part - what all to collect ?
- Basic things to check for which wonāt be covered in warranty at another dealer.
- Fasttag - What and how to check ?
Here are the things I have come up with: 1. Fog Lights 2. Seat Cover (mostly at dealer for no airbag issue) 3. Parcel Tray 4. Body Cover 5. Foot Mats 6. Rain Visor 7. Bumper Corner Protection, Waistline Chrome 8. Dash Cam
Any thing from Safety wise I am missing ?

 | I am now the proud owner of a very humble farmhouse, built circa 1880. There are a couple newer additions, but this staircase is in the original part of the house. It looks to me like the previous owner (who did a bunch of interestingā¦ thingsā¦to the house) slapped some white primer over the previous brown finish. And I think thereās another layer of black paint under that but Iām not sure. So is it just layers of paint? The brown layer looks so thick and shinyā¦? I recently bought my first gaming pc itās an ASUS ROG with a I7-14700k, 4070 super 12gb, has 32gb DDR5, and 1TB SSD. I played a few games at pretty high settings from my steam account last night (Elden Ring, Baulders Gate 3, and Apex Legends) the system ran all 3 games almost flawlessly. The problem is I have an external SSD that has Star Field, and Shadow Of War downloaded from the x box app. So I load into the x box app on my pc and try playing them and found constant drop in frame rates and input lag even at low settings on both games. Please help..
