Starting I have a trade coffee subscription get 1 bag per month. Last month I got Wizard Cat roast from Cerberus Coffee and when using the Beanie app it recommends a grind setting of 7 for pour over I use a chemex 20grams with a ratio of 15/1 so basically 300 ml of water . I do 40 ml 30seconds bloom then pour the balance 260 ml in a single pour. That roast at that grind setting the cup tasted more like a cherry juice extremely fruity than a coffee with hints of fruit. I recently got a roast from Anodyne from Honduras Marcala. I used the same grind setting as that’s what the app suggested this time around it tasted like a super weak watered down coffee . I’ve noticed the app has a recommended setting of 5-9 for pour over but the app if not familiar allows you to input roaster name of roast processing style and variety. They both seem to draw down relatively fast like under 45 after my 30seconds bloom , wondering if I need to grind finer or what Ima doing “wrong” .

Hello everyone.
Sorry if this question was already asked, but I couldnt find a recent and clear answer.
I recently got my Steam Deck and prepared the installation of Heroic Launcher for future uses of Epic, GOG and Amazon games.
Though, I'm one of these guys who really like to track time of the games I play, this is like a hobby (I spent a lot of times on HLT). So I would like to know if the app does track time when playing games on Steam Deck ?
Id not, do you have an alternative ? I heard of PlayTime but not sure it is really working well, and if it is compatible with Heroic Launcher ?
Similarly, I'm also interested if you know of an app to track time offline. I know it is supposed to sync once you get connected again, but I heard so many times that it didnt work that I'm not truthful of it...

How are the grocery stores in your areas? Ours are normally pretty good but not today, I went to 2 and barely anything on the shelves .
Same with Amazon, they have been delivering the small items, but last week we tried to order a treadmill and everything was back ordered.

I know that views on the 2A are extremely complicated and multi-faceted, considering the verbiage and intention seems quite clear in how it is written. I’m not here to re-adjudicate any of that debate… here’s what I’m curious about…
The 2nd Amendment was intended to prevent the government of the people from infringing upon the liberties of the populace, particularly those liberties which are specifically defined by our core documents. We are currently, knowingly, witnessing the hostile takeover of all three branch’s of government by a select group of oligarchs and an illegitimate president (if we consider the 14th Amendment as valid law).
Isn’t this what it’s for? This is why we have more guns than people in the US. This is why….
So… I guess I want to know. What are people’s thoughts? What are people’s FEELINGS, (critically, since we don’t think as a society anymore)? For who don’t think the conditions of the Amendment are satisfied, why not? What do people think it would take?
I’m just fascinated that I haven’t heard this discussed once. Are we too polite to recognize that, by establishing tyrannical rule in the United States, the oligarchs declared war on every single American citizen?
