Really without available drivers, the only thing I can suggest is to uninstall that device from inside Device Manager, then re-start your PC and then reconnect the smart card reader to get Windows to load the driver again. _____ From online articles, I understand that I need to use the Surface App. I've downloaded the app and found the smart charging function there. I went to delete my facebook account today but then wanted to go cancel said deletion to retrieve something. It takes me to a screen telling me to enter a code sent to my email address on file but my email address isn't receiving the code. Idk what this means but will the deletion process still continue because I couldn't get the code to cancel the deletion? I'd love to get help on this question.

So my bf forgot to pay his insurance back in October and I paid it 2 weeks after the missed payment date but he got a letter saying penndot or the dmv noticed he had no insurance and if he didn't get it again and show proof his registration would be suspended. Well we forgot to send proof he had paid it and a letter came saying his registration was due to be suspended starting yesterday. My bf just got the money to pay the 500 for the penalty and then 118 for the other thing, my question is will this make his registration show as valid as soon as it is paid or no? Will it take time until penndot gets the paperwork with the proof of insurance for the suspension to be lifted? I just don't want him getting pulled over if it won't be considered a valid registration once he pays the 600 some for the fees. Thank you in advance!

My female friend seems vulnerable to poor alternative medical advice. Recently she had a free thermography scan. The results "showed" aluminum toxicity in her body. The practioner suggested she buy a detox program. So I googled this and find thermography can show heat from inflammation or infection but does not detect metals or chemicals in the body. Should I tell her this? This isn't the first time she believes in very questionable "medical" advise.
