Hi there,
Just looking for any advice ladies - I got my copper IUD in at the end of the August 2024 and periods were heavy and lasted about 5 days (previously my periods were 2 days).
Now 5 months later, they’re lasting 7+ days? Just wondering if anyone has any advice on if this will regulate itself? Does it get worse before it gets better? Or are there any steps I can take to regulate it?

Because of a bargaining confidentiality agreement between ONA and the OHA, I cannot yet share in any detail the proposals the OHA brought to the table.A protest is being organized in Toronto for Jan 29:
What I can say is this: The OHA has tabled scorched earth proposals that we must stop, whatever it takes. I am counting on each one of us to be all in.
The OHA proposals would gut our collective agreement rights and remove many hard-fought wins we achieved in the last few rounds of negotiations. Quite simply, what has been put on the negotiating table would be catastrophic for nurses and health-care professionals, and everyone in our province who needs public hospital care.

It struck me that as soon as the egg touches the ground, there is a distinctive change in the sound of the chopper blades. This tells me there was a significant load on chopper until the egg touched the ground. The line continues to add slack, which tells us he didn't change his descent immediately. So the change in the sound must be due to the load.
