30F 115 pounds 5’3 history of melanoma
I’ve been lethargic and light headed everyday, and extremely nauseous all day long for 3 months now. Sore and sick feeling in throat for 4 months now. Pain and itching in left underarm and front of neck for ONE year now. It wakes me up at night.
All of these symptoms are a daily basis. I can’t go about my day anymore I don’t feel well.
I saw my doctor in the fall and I had a clear CT scan of my neck. Thyroid and liver panel came back normal except for low alkaline phosphatase which is has been low on my bloodwork in the past.
I haven’t had any other blood work or testing. Only thyroid and liver panel. Im waiting to see my doctor again but it will be a while.
What can I do? I don’t feel comfortable waiting for my doctor as it might be a while. I don’t want to waste time or money if urgent care or er can’t help.
Ireally need help.

I'm building a dnd campaign for my friendgroup. They want a "test adventure" for like 3 or 4 sessions and for no reason at all, i decided they'll travel on the back of a giant tortoise that will naturally cross paths with their destination for the main adventure. It is so gigantic in fact, that a city has been built atop of it. I'm currently thinking of everything a city needs to function (or trying to think of it) and how to implement that atop a living, moving creature.
Most obvious is water. There will be rain collecting pots at the side of the tortoises shell. The water will be transported upwards with a pulley to the middle where the tortoise should be able to endure the most weight. It will be cleaned there and saved, partly serving as drinking water and partly as sevage system. There will be tubelike systems reminiscent more of rivers but obviously manmade that lead down the tortoises back. The water will flow down via gravity and thus serve as a sewage system.
There will also be fields connected to the "rivers" to ensure a good amount of food. The soil will be scattered atop the shell. Most likely, there will be fewer actual inhabitants than travelers wanting to visit a place on the tortoises route, and due to the tourism, souvenirs are sold for "exotic" food. When the tortoise rests, some people also hunt and gather away from it.
There are also a few people who know how to stop the tortoise when need be, but i don't yet know how they do it. Maybe there is a mechanism built to hold it back like you'd hold back a horse, by pulling strings in its mouth (english isn't my mother tongue so forgive me, idk what to call this procedure).
It's likely it's own state too, maybe started when rebelling people decided to just live atop the tortoise and wander from country to country, without abiding the law of any of those. That said, it has its own law system and "king".
Now i want to know if there is something i overlooked (most likely) both in city planning as in tortoise anatomy and how to implement a solution.

I bought some B's dummy rounds (9mm) for dry fire practice. They weigh about the same as a live round so gun handling is similar.
The problem I am having is that after I load maybe 5 or 6 rounds in the mag, they are getting hung up somehow and i cant load any more. Ive tried with different magazines from different guns and have the same problem.
The tips are made of plastic or rubber, and im wondering if they are just rubbing on the front of the magazine.
Anyone else seen this happen?

Hello I have this heater here, it stopped working and seems to have a little puddle of water on one end. Is this a pilot light issue or something else? On the other end, there is a tank for the water I assume, it is slowly leaking a drop of water from the top that travels down the tank and is slowly creating a puddle underneath. Any advice appreciated.

Hey everyone,
Just got my CMF Phone 1 (Indian unit) today. The microphone quality seems to be quite poor. People I've called have mentioned that my voice sounds very faint on their end.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with their CMF Phone 1? If so, have you found any workarounds or solutions?
I'm not sure if this is just a problem with my specific unit or if it's a more widespread issue.
