Hey guys! I hope to reach some of you and get your advice!
Over the past couple of months, I’ve really felt the urge to start filming again—capturing private moments with family and friends, but also building a personal brand and vlogging. I’m a big fan of Daniel Dalen’s style: first-person perspectives, cinematic shots, meticulous editing with dynamic visuals, and unique fonts.
After doing some research, I narrowed it down to two cameras: the DJI Osmo and the Sony ZV-E10 II. YouTube and TikTok are flooded with videos about the DJI, but I came across some reviews that raised valid concerns—like the non-replaceable battery, no lens exchange (so no zoom), and potential limitations for creating content in the style I want (like Daniel’s).
A few days ago, I found a great deal and bought the Sony ZV-E10 II with the kit lens for €780. I’ve been testing it out, and here are my initial thoughts: it takes bad pictures (in auto mode), but it’s excellent for video. It does get a bit warm, but not too much, and filming myself is tricky—just holding the camera without a gimbal feels awkward right now since I’m still getting comfortable.
Of course, now I have a little FOMO about not getting the DJI Osmo. Is it fair to feel that way?
Also, I should mention that I don’t want to spend a lot more money on another camera or invest €500+ on a lens just yet. My focus is on starting simple: filming for social media, capturing moments with friends and family, and seeing how it goes from there. So maybe some of you guys can tell me what i should do. Glad for your help!

2025.01.19 19:02 TimnathForensics 12vhpwr cable with 12 pin connector plugged directly into RTX 4080 super. Did I mess something up?
Recently upgraded a prebuilt. So far so good, new CPU and cooler seem fine, idles at 40c and reaches a max of 83c at full load. GPU is also fine with a 40c idle and 55c when gaming. However I’m wondering if I plugged the GPU in correctly. The 4080 super came with an adapter for 3 8 pin pie connections that I didn’t have, so I bought a modular psu and a 12vhpwr cable with 2 8 pins and 1 12 pin for pcie. I then plugged the 12 pin directly into the cpu and the 2 8pins into the psu. I looked it up online and found barely any info so I’m wondering if I did this right.

If so, how did it go? I’ve tried to quit and wean multiple times on my own and keep failing at it. I feel like maybe an actual detox program that weans at a very slow rate and gives supplements might help but I don’t know if any such service. Call me a baby but I’d like to actually be under the care of a doctor to help with this yet none seem to take caffeine addiction seriously. Has anyone found a medical solution to this?
