Hi all, Im currently enrolled in WGU's BS CS program and am 75% done with the degree. I'm one of those covid career changers in my mid/late twenties that took the "just learn to code" mantra and ran with it - social media hype. Over the past few years, I have had the same dilemma pop up: I don't want to be a SWE and I am more interested in networking and security. I have always shrugged this off as just stress and burnout from constant studying (I enjoy the learning), but I think I've come to realize that these feelings are real. What I have discovered is that I have absolutely no desire to be in web development, something this degree has classes on and the job market has most jobs in. On the other hand, I do not want to get into a programming job that requires heavy math, though I did enjoy my calc 1 and 2 classes at community college. I enjoy programming in Python and am learning c/c++ on the side as a compiled language. I enjoy writing smaller programs and tools - scripting. I enjoy Linux. I enjoy the thought of being a part of the overall infrastructure and having my hands on something more than just coding tickets. I loathe leetcode. With this in mind, I have been thinking of changing majors to the Networking and Security BS degree as it aligns more with what I want to do, but the CS degree seems to hold more weight in the market, especially as it is ABET and I am aiming for large gov contractors to start my career in. Im suffering from Sunk Cost fallacy and am struggling of letting this "dream" of being a SWE Ive had for a few years die.
Here is my question: Do I stick out the CS degree and then study certs after, or do I switch degrees and get the certs as part of the degree?
TLDR; I need help deciding if I should stay in CS or switch to a degree that aligns more with what I want to do in my career? Almost done with CS degree but realizing that I don't want to be a software developer.

2025.01.19 19:50 elias4444 Confused where to go with a Titan
I've been following the P4wnyhof build guide for shockwave totems, but around level 50 or so it has started to fall off. Primarily because his written guide on mobalytics is sparse at best, and his video is a pain to reference. He also relies on armour, which is apparently questionable these days.
I really want to play a big, brawny, screen exploding tank of a character. I like totems, but I'm flexible. Is there a direction I can go with my Titan to achieve this? I don't have a lot of currency in the game, and it seems like most guides I find now require a stack of divines to even get started. Maxroll's build list feels pretty convoluted and out of date as well.
TL;DR: I've tried a few different builds between Maxroll and Mobalytics now, and all it's done is drain the small reserve of exalted orbs I had, without much success. I just can't seem to pick a good build from all the options.
Any help would be appreciated.

So I have a video review of an iPad that has been published for a few weeks now, it has gained 850+ views, it has 8 product listings attached to the video review (all listings are the exact same iPad make and model). The weird thing is I have never seen my video on a product page, and have gained no commissions.. I check the listings almost every day at different times. So where are all these views coming from? Has anyone else experienced this? Should I delete and re-upload and attach less listings perhaps?

I developed Plantar Fasciitis around 2019 that was so painful I could barely walk my arch’s hurt so bad. I was wearing crocs & walking a lot at my job during the time.
I had some issues a couple years ago that resolved but now my right arch is hurting so bad. I’ve been switching between these 2 pairs of Nike sneakers that I’ve had for awhile but they aren’t cutting it anymore.
I currently work as a patient care tech at my local hospital, I’m a RN student & with Clinicals up ahead as well where I’ll be on my feet all day, I need to buy new shoes. I think I need more arch support.
I was looking at these 2 brands but please suggest anything!!
