Hey everyone, I'm planning a trip around the world and the first 3 months are orientated around surf fishing in Indonesia. I hope to fish in other places like Japan and in places in Europe but it won't be my priority in those places.
I'm having a hard time putting together a rod and reel combo that's suitable for all of this. I could get multiple different rod and reel setups but I prefer to travel fairly light with one freshwater light setup and one surf setup.
I was wondering what I should be pairing my 6000 23 Saltiga with in terms of rods or if I should go back and get a larger Saltiga. Essentially I've boiled it down to two :
Diawa Blackline MH Fast action 10'
Diawa Breakthrough BT-100H 3
Or if anyone has any other recommendations
And I'm curious if anyone who has fished here knows of with either of this I will be able to fish and the equipment won't break with the average fish I might hook - is it common I will hook a GT large enough to break this ? Can this equipment even handle a medium GT or other species of fish I might encounter ? I don't have any experience and I wanted so advice from people with firsthand experience.

2025.01.19 19:33 No3nvy Sns/staff zvz tank theorycraft.
I’m thinking of a fullboost character with twi archboss weapons. I’m thinking of a frontlane tank that has most tanking capabilities supported by one of two options.
First: different CC from staff. Mostly binds from Ice Spear and Icebound tomb, added by frost smokescreen slow on target.
Second option: instead you take fire skills like serial fire bombs, inferno wave and maybe even Infernal meteor to spread as much burning as you can in order to put as many parasites from bellandir staff as you can.
Why bother? Keep tank role to tanks. Keep staff role to staves.
My answer about class synergy (still theoretical). First - staff may provide sns with a fantastic tool for surviving which is Redemptive barrier. This is basically thosands of free HP while you take damage from enemies.
Second - High focus. Tanks survivability depends a lot on their defensive skills like bastion, countrr barrier, Immortal pride. Sns is the weapon with the biggest cooldowns in the game. High focus adds so much cdr to them this could make you survive twice as long in the middle of enemy lines.
And third. Staves in my guild say they have issues with using bellandir staff properly in zvz. Because you just can’t afford yourself being close enough to enemy lines to use bellandir staff effectively in most zvz cases. Too far. When they try to reach grouped enemies to spread bellandir passive, they die. However tank can do this even better. He is close enough. He can survive there. He won’t ever do staff amount of damage while building tank, but spreading burning (and bellandir parasites) havoc is still an option.
What do you think my fellow theory crafters and haters?

Hello everyone,
I've made quite a few posts at the moment about a weird feeling and a noticeable drop in performance on my game.
Everything was going great for 1 year, fluid gameplay, constant 144 fps, precise bullet hits, in short, heaven!
Then a week ago, I opened rl, I launched a game and already there, I noticed a strange feeling with the fluidity of the game, very subtle mini "lag" or stuttering, but very annoying, as if, at random moments my game would go from 144 to 50 fps for 2 seconds. In short, I tell myself that it's probably just a passing problem but it's been going on for a week..
On top of that, I have the impression that it has caused a very strange mini delay which makes me miss almost everything, my 50/50 is no longer the same, the ball is not going at all where I think it is will go, my challenges, which I think are good, are not, I find myself late on the ball, impossible to do a precise aerial, I find myself below the ball, my shots are soft as if the ball was punctured.
And it doesn't come from my level, it's really a physical feeling, as if what I saw on the screen was not really live and that it created a very slight lag but which is super important on a game like RL.
Anyone have a similar problem? I heard about the Heavy Car Bug, the symptoms are similar.
It's really annoying and I went from C2 to d3..
For demolitions, it's the same, I get demolished by parts of the car that shouldn't, and I get bumped in a very, very weird way..
