2025.01.19 19:33 Upstairs-Topic-5127 Unable to join password protected servers
So recently me and my friend decided we want to play ark again. He hosted a server with some website and I can see it in the list of server. I press to join and put in the password and I'm 100% sure it's the right one. However, whenever I go to press accept, the password disappears before I let go and then it accepts the input as nothing for the password. Essentially the problem is that whenever I have anything written for the password, if I click anything the password get completely erased. For this reason, i am unable to join any password protected server since the password gets erased before being accepted. After a couple second it tells me that the password is wrong and in parantheses is sais empty password field. Is there any way to get around this or fix it? I'm guessing this is a bug but I really want to play on the server with my friend and I need to find a way to fix this. Please help guys. Btw I'm on pc and he's on Xbox. I'm playing through Xbox pc gamepass

Wife and I have been using Freedcom TCom and TMax for a year and 4 months and was looking for an upgrade. Okay naman ang Freedcon, buuut, nakakadalawang replacement na kami ng audio kit nya so we decided to shop around. Palagi nalang syang nagkakaroon ng static noice, tried the high end audio kit and regular one, same shit. Di ko sinisiraan ang Freedconn, it has worked great for us, it's just yung audio kit, might be dahil sa pag gamit namin or some other factors.

So, we shopped around, looking for something better with Music Sharing, as naisip namin, magiging mas enjoyable ang byahe with music. Iwas antok narin. Yung mga nakita namin is nasa high-end na, Mid level Cardo with Music Sharing is around 20k+ rin. Would've pulled the trigger but currently in the market for a new bike, so thought next time nalang.
Then we found Gocom4... Ordered it December
Yesterday, we had a chance to test and it and it's gamechanging (Atleast for us).
5 hours Saddletime Review (So take this with a 5 grams of salt.)
To save you some time, it has Music Sharing but it SUUUCKS. It's laggish as fuck, and whenever you speak, nagla-lag lalo yung sound.
What we do love about it is.
- Delivery Time. - Holy sheet, sa tinagal-tagal ko nang gumagamit ng shopee, dito ko lang naranasan yung next day delivery. (I'm from NCR so consider that if you end up buying)
- USB-C Charger - This makes absolute sense as lahat na halos ng gadgets are charged with USB-C, Freedcomm still uses Micro-USB and what sucks about it is, yung charging ports nung Intercom nila is dapat tugma sa Micro-USB mo, (I mean yung butas mismo, like my micro-usb na di kasya sa port dahil dun sa rubber end nya) so you're stuck with Micro-USB.
- Sound Quality - Ang linaw badi, I feel it has better audio kits than Freedconn, Crisp yung sound (Subjective, of course) but wife noticed a big upgrade sa sound/interaction namin. Not sure if it's downside, but sobrang lakas.
- Easy On/Off - I appreciate this as minsan nung Freedconn pa gamit namin, pag ino-off namin yung unit, may mga times na di pala talaga sya na off kasi you need to hold a button for a few seconds bago sya mag-off, minsan lutang ka na after long ride, so di mo mapapansin. Gocom, it turns off instantly, just need to press FM Radio,
- FM Radio - Freedconn has FM Radio, parang ang hirap maghanap ng Signal, Gocom has a dedicated FM radio button and it works while connected sa intercom, and base on my experience with Freedconn mas madali sya gamitin
- Price - Gocom4 is around 2.3k lang per set, Audio kit is around 600, Cradle/Adaptor for 2nd helmet is 300. I think you get more from what you pay for.
- 3.5mm audio jack - I feel this is way better than freedconns Micro-USB or kahit na sa USB-C, being circular gives you freedom to adjust. And I think (Not Tested) Any 3.5mm jack can work
- Music While Talking? - Not sure kung anong tawag sa feature na to, BUT this is the best feature we think gocom has. While connected sa intercom, wife and I can listen to music sa kanya-kanya naming phone without any issues. (with a small caveat) Kaya okay lang na walang music sharing, and kinda good thing narin as wife and i have different taste in music.
- Audio Sharing - While it sucks, It's there. Gumagana naman, Di ko nga sure kung mali lang ako ng pagconnect (Followed the instruction to the tee naman) or lemon unit lang yung nakuha namin, pero lag talaga sya, para kang nakikinig sa youtube circa 2000s sa computer shop kapag mga 20 kayong sabay sabay gumagamit, lmao.
- Bulky yung unit - Medyo may kalakihan yung unit. And it uses buttons instead of knobs, okay sana kung knobs mas madali kapain
- Cradle/Mount - Bulky rin. And wala syang option to dikit it (Konyo shit, sorry tagalog is not my first language) Yung option nya lang is to insert it between the helmet shell and padding, might cause discomfort lalo na kung you like your helmet super snug.
- Build - Idk man, the build feels like cheap plastic, freedconn has better feel to it.
- Buttons - Pag naka-gloves ka, Hirap madistinguish kung anong button hawak mo. Would;ve been better if they added Knob.
- Limited Connectivity - It's only limited to 4 connections, Not a con for me as, I don't, won't and I avoid riding in groups, (Risky Shift Phenomenon) but if you're a social animal, this isn't for you.
- Compatibility? - Gocom4 states that connectivity between other intercom is supported, but since di ko pa na-try, i'll have it as Cons.
- Chigee - Gocom just goes crazy with Chigee man, Di mo mariring music once you're connected to Chigee. But I was able to figure out the quirk. So I think the best way is, Connect to 2nd Intercom > Connect yours to your phone, Play music > Connect to Chigee, para gumana yung music mo while connected to chigee, But of course. You can always get a 2nd phone as dedicated music phone for your intercom, or dedicated carplay/android auto device
Also tbf - I've only used this for a day, with less than 6 hours use time.

I’ve only been on 50mg of Sertraline for 10 days and I really, really don’t like it. I’m experiencing a lot of side effects and feel like I would actually be better off without the meds and go back to my own coping methods for anxiety.
As I said, I’ve only been taking them for 10 days and I’m only on 50mg. Will I be okay just cutting them out from tomorrow?

I’m on day 7 of liver shrinking. Have been dealing with gallbladder pain all week because I’m not eating. Was diagnosed with shingles this morning and now I’m looking at March 4th instead of Tuesday. 2025.01.19 19:33 Amgarrak Transitioning from ID to Knowledge Management
Working as a Senior Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer, I have become increasingly interested in Knowledge Management. In fact, over the years I have done KM tasks as part of my responsibilities, but it has not been my focus, nor have there been any conscious KM efforts in the company where I work.
However, I find KM very exciting and would be happy to switch in this direction. But there is no openness to KM at my workplace, so I would definitely like to change in time. I think the experience I have gained as an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer would be very useful, and I could also do content production if needed, in addition to knowing the methodologies.
In parallel, I see it as important to be able to put my overlapping experience with KM into the right framework of KM, gain specific knowledge and fill gaps.
Is there anyone here who has made a similar transition, or perhaps is working on KM in the first place? I would welcome your advice on what sources of specific knowledge would be useful, or whether there are actually any worthwhile courses you would recommend taking. I have of course done a lot of research on my own, trying to learn the theory, and also plan to prepare a relevant portfolio.
I really appreciate it if anyone can help.
