You would probably find it as "Agreed:" rather than "Agree" and I do believe sometimes simply that one word is used followed by the signature(s) on a contract. Some contracts use "Agreed to by" for the purchaser's signature and "Accepted by" for the seller's signature, and there are other possibilities as well for signing off a contract. One problem I see here is that it is not quite clear what exactly you want to say. As you probably know, suffer has several meanings and the one you have used here makes your statement sound strange to me: to suffer a disease would mean to experience, undergo or endure a disease. 1) Once you sign this contract, youwill be bound to our company 2) Once you sign this contract, you will be bound with our company Context: when applying for a job and the boss asks you to sign the contract. Ideally, signatures should follow the text and it is much preferred that a page break between the "body" of the contract and the signatures should be avoided.

We would prefer to live within walking distance of the sea and in a place where there are various stores for everyday life. Which places in Tuscany can you recommend? So far we have discovered Viareggio and Livorno, but are open to other places and recommendations :-)

2025.01.19 20:31 SKYLORD_2104 What have you done different so far this year?

The title is the question, below would be my response to it;
Tldr; life sucks, but I'm taking baby steps towards "Good" goals.
I've been coming to terms with the fact I haven't been honest with myself. I've not taken a 'break' in over 8 years and I think all the stress and anxiety came to a front last year after I had a conversation about 'normalcy'. Still reeling from those conversations, because I've realised in all that time including my master's, I've failed to live for myself. I've not had fun. It made me realise why I felt so inadequate, when I realised the female friend I liked/had a crush on, would get invited to go places or go on mini trips. I then realised that I don't/have never been invited to a party or for a trip and I therefore would miserably be incompatible and therefore be loser in general and made fun off. I think this will be my last act of holding onto regret, the regret of not knowing what she thinks of a potential approach to a relationship beyond just being friends. Would the answer be yes or no, I wouldn't know and I'm going to have to be fine with it.
Keeping that in mind, I've started therapy and I'm serious about it, 3 sessions in so far. After, those sessions I've understood that I've not been processing trauma or my past very well and that I seem to have a type of adult ADHD, not a confirmed diagnosis, but preliminary findings so to say.
I've also told myself that I need a proper break and vacation, therefore I've started a goal of saving a sum of money till June, based on the amount available, I've been thinking of travelling solo, a trip to find myself. Or atleast i hope to be able to do that before I have another destructive twister of emotions that I cannot comprehend.

I need help between choosing either the metalbone ctrl 3.3 or adipower ctrl 3.3. Which should I choose for a better control but little power as well? Introduction: Well hello from Japan! I have a question about my friend and his intelligence and was wondering whether someone could answer the lingering question I've had for a while!!!
Background:
I have a friend who I thought as academically gifted and was confident that he had high IQ, so I suggested him to take an IQ test/Mensa exam. Unsurprising, he got accepted. Interestingly, before suggesting him to take an mesa exam, he had no idea what Mensa was. So yeah, he's smart but there isn't consistency in his capability.
I understand he's human but still. Like one time I was burning CDs to my computer and transferring the flac data to my phone. He questioned what I was doing so I explained that I was transferring the songs on the CD to my phone. He was surprised that, that was even possible.
The other time he had trouble downloading/saving a picture from the internet and asked me how to. He also had trouble coding a website via html, but was swiftly able to code python scripts in our second class of coding. And yes, he had no experience in coding prior to the class.
Question:
Is he acting dumb or does he just not have a lot of irl experience(We are the same age though)? I get he's smart but what's with the inconsistency with his smartness? I'm starting to think he's faking it so I don't feel as dumb or smth (I'm pretty sure I have below 100iq, haven't tested though). Do I have a misunderstanding of intelligence? Can someone explain it to me like I'm 5yrs old?
