I am playing Extinction on ascended and today I killed forest and ice titans and then went to fight wandering king titan and during that fight 3 of my rexes that I was bound to for almost the whole gameplay died but when I killed it I didnt get any loot so then I went to do purple OSD and whilst doing it on 8th round my game crashed and I didnt have the loot from neither the titans nor the OSD but my rexes were nowhere to be found.

I was level 45 or so and I was attacking the giant old dragon in dragonbarrow who just sits there round the side, and suddenly every so often it would deal 8000 damage to it, so I decided to try to use that on the Magma Wyrm in Gael tunnel and it wouldn't do the 8000 damage, can someone explain to me why it did so much to the huge one but nothing similar to the Magma Wyrm?

2025.01.19 20:46 Appropriate-Horse-80 My Story
About 2 years ago I was seeing a woman whom I fell madly in love with, in hindsight it was probably a mix of trauma bonding and witchcraft of some sort. I discerned that she was cheating on me and I ended up going to some pretty extreme lengths trying to find out. It mainly involved walking some massive distances to try and find her, then I started to get followed myself by her and her crew, I presumed. I had people following me, setting up ambushes for me, trying to make me flip and assault people so I'd get arrested, I caught her sneaking guys back to her house and running around with people and she swore she was seeing nobody else. They also tried to poison me via the drugs I was buying, etc. "He just doesnt die, does he?" a gangstalker who pulled up in a white mercedes said after Id endured yet another poisoning attempt and survived another ambush at the same time.
After about the 50th ambush I walked through (MAN am I tired of playing hide and seek with fucking grown ass men. Fucking wannabe ninjas.) they decided that social engineering and smear campaigns were in order. Everywhere I'd go I'd get people spreading rumours that I was a paedophile and had people trying to set me up, poison me, in my local town people would make comments in sheer shock that I was still alive considering all the people I had after me. These were just your everyday old biddies in the shopping centre. EVERYONE hates me. The police are well aware and participated, I'm sure, in the stalking and whatnot, and even tried to set me up. They eventually managed after about a year of more of the same. I got charged for possession of explosives because I felt I needed to go to those lengths to defend myself. I have that many enemies. Prison was where all the interesting stuff started.
I found out before too long that the prison officers intended to set me up to look violent so I would get a heavier prison sentence, so I had to be on my best behaviour and not rise to their provocation games for 9 months. Soon after that they started smear campaigns in prison, and let me tell you, being suspected of being a paedophile on a prison wing is NOT a pleasant experience. Foolishly I told my cellmate my story and soon after the whole wing was playing narcissistic demonic parlour games slandering me with zero evidence (being that I am in no way a paedophile). Nobody would say very much to my face, but the staff were spreading rumours around the wing like wildfire on a night. I'd hear them every night as they made the rounds past my cell. They'd play it out so it attracted as much attention to me as possible and as much discomfort as possible. I'd clear my name and then it's back again for some bullshit lie over and over again. This kept going on and on.
The hatred got so bad that the servery staff attempted to poison me. I'd get bible verses coming into my head out of nowhere because I'd be praying and this one night it was "No weapon fashioned against you shall prosper," I ate that full plate of food mixed with rat poison and sopped up the sauce with my bread. I even smiled at the creep guard that came to check on me too. I didn't suffer so much as a bad stomach. Yahweh is truly great!
It was around this time I realised that what was going on in the jail was not normal in any way, shape or form. The people and the guards were very abnormal, and just prior to the first slander campaign in there loads of people were getting "nicked," and taken off down the block, as if they were getting rid of the good people (which they did, my only friend in the place got released just before this). The behaviour of the guards was so bizarre, and they were fuelling the inmates despite reason or sanity. I lost count of the times I tried to clear my name to no avail. I realised that a lot of the staff were demons. They just weren't human. Somehow I discerned they were Reptilian. Sometimes the Holy Spirit shows me things, but I worked it out for sure when they were trying to possess me and drone me. They were firing worm like parasites into me which were making their way to my pineal gland and attempting to take me over. They tried over and over again to possess me, body-snatch me, and steal my frickin soul. All while I absolutely HAD TO hold my temper or it would cost me a significantly greater prison sentence.
I would make complaint after complaint to no avail, I was denied basic prison services like the mental health service, and all the while I had those creeps trying to steal my soul and turn me into a paedophile as an affront to Yahweh. They HATED Him, they hated me too. I even toned down the notes I was keeping on the whole situation to what a regular person would believe.
They tried to recruit me before any of it got THIS bad but I could never go against Yahweh like that. It's not in my nature. They were just pretending to help me while they set me up, really. They absolutely tortured me in that place for 9 months. Its only thanks to Yahweh and my own ingenuity, resilience and tenacity that I escaped alive and sane. They would try to mind control me by running a commentary of what I was doing until my subconscious accepted it as fact, then they would start to issue commands like "He wants to give us that," and they could take the methadone straight out of my system. "He wants to give us his brain, then he wants US back," they had greater control of "them," and were halfway able to possess me. They would even try to stop me from having a shit every single day. "He doesn't want one!" What kind of evil, pathetic sociopaths won't even let a man use the bathroom?? Not another single person in that jail got treat the way I did. They would make a show of providing care and services to my cellmate who hadn't asked for them while denying it to me. They punished me in any way they could every single day. They were always cordial to my face because I have had some training in martial arts and I did have a bit of a reputation, but as soon as they could get away with it or as soon as that cell door shut it was torture time.
After I got out I thought everything would have blown over and life would have went back to normal but that situation blueprint has followed me around ever since. Everyone toys with me, tortures me, slanders me and tries to steal my soul or set me up. I used to get death threats on the daily in prison and out here. Now the only threat that they can make that I'll believe is "we're gonna set you up!" because that's all they have the balls to do. It's like I'm Kurt Russel in a twisted version of they live where they're all trying to turn me into a paedophile out of jealousy (I wish I was joking). Why are there so many sociopaths in the world?
And before anyone says V2K, I do NOT have a chip. I can connect to people psychically and perform what the chip does. They mind controlled me into being like a psychic telephone mast lol. I can conference call my whole street while they all torture me from safely inside their houses. It's fucking sickening. What the fuck is wrong with people?!

Did 7 sets with reps ranging from 55 to 30 reps for a total of 288 swings, I like to do them them until my heart rate goes above 170, which is also when my grib gives up.
I started with a 24kg bell two months ago, and progress has been steady. Initially, my heart rate would skyrocket to 170 by the 40th rep after the first few sets. Now, I'm pushing harder to reach 170 even by the 60th rep of my final set. My goal with the 32kg bells is to reach 500 total reps while still struggling to reach that 170 heart rate on my last set of 60 reps, then it's time to increase the weight!
Kettlebell swings are my go-to hinge movement and primary hamstring exercise. I'm loving the results: noticeably firmer glutes and improved work capacity at higher intensities.
Any tips for maintaining consistent progress and avoiding plateaus? I'm always looking to refine my technique and maximize results.

2025.01.19 20:46 kallenurfi How long did it take you to recover from surgery?
Hello! I was recently diagnosed with an AVM in my frontal lobe. According to my neurologist, I am one of the lucky few who experience focal seizures because of it, and was able to catch it before any further bleeding or big problems. I am seeing a neurosurgeon this week to go over surgery and scheduling. I was just curious how long this might put me out of work for. I've seen online everything from 3 weeks to 6 months. I work in water treatment and with heavy machinery, so I have a feeling they might keep me out longer to be safe. What have been your experiences? Thank you!
