Hello everyone.
First time poster here. I have a 4 year old who is almost nearly potty trained but we have some hurdles.
He'll go pee in the toilet no trouble. He can wear underwear majority of the day and everytime we take him to the potty, he'll go and he'll most of the time hold it until he's on the potty.
Our hurdles:
- We cannot get him to ask or tell us when he has to go potty. He still has some accidents because he'll just simply not tell us when he has to go. We talk with him all the time to tell us BEFORE he has to go. He says he understands and says okay, but he just won't. He says he doesn't want to stop playing, and just won't ask. How do we teach him this?!?
- He's terrified to go poop in the potty. He refuses. He'll hold it for a couple days and will go in his pull-up or underwear. We'll sit him on the potty for a few minutes to see if he'll try but he just gets upset.
How do we overcome these hurdles?

Hi! I’m really anxious after a chemical loss in the summer. I went to my PCP to get a confirmation of pregnancy last week (at exactly 5w), but she refused to test my blood HCG since I am “low risk.” I told her that I had been experiencing cramping, and she said to only worry if spotting/bleeding accompanied it.
Throughout my pregnancy, I have had white/cream/yellow mucus. Yesterday and today, I’ve wiped to find light brown (maybe pink?) mucus (literally smaller than a pea sized amount).
Whenever I have looked up “spotting,” I get pictures of water toilet paper that is tinged pink or brown. I have clear water discharge but had two instances of a…small light brown piece of mucus? What is this, and when should I call my doctor? It’s happened twice in the past two days but not consecutively.

TW: Self harm, substances abuse, and suicide attempts
I have been diagnosed with bpd four years ago, since the first symptoms appeared, I have been constantly spiralling downwards. It started, with me having unsafe sex with as many people as I could, then alcohol abuse, then self harm then two suicide attempts and afterwards I endend up using hard drugs to numb the pain and I was basically a junkie.
10 month ago, I met my boyfriend, being with him helped, I stopped using drugs for him because I didn’t want to loose him, I moved in with him, he was incredibly patient and understanding, now I feel better than ever, my symptoms have significantly decreased, for years now I am constantly using medication, and trying to improve myself with personal work and now I feel quite good despite a few episodes from time to time. And a lot of mood swings, agoraphobia and general paranoia.
My boyfriend is in another country (for work) and I was handling it quite well. Until he called me and ask me if we could talk about him seing other people when he gets back home, when I got upset over the phone, he dismissed my feelings, saying I’m overreacting because of my bpd, which is weird from him, and offered to talk about the open relationship thing when he gets back home. I didn’t push the matter further since it’s indeed better to talk in person. He’s currently talking to a girl from Tinder and told her that we are monogamous but that it might change later. It drove me even more mad.
Anyways, during the two days following this call I sarted abusing medications, and doing self harm again. Not a lot but still. When he gets home, I won’t fold, I’ll tell him that I refuse to open this relationship, if he does not accept it, then we will break up. I willl never be coerced into doing something I do not want to, never again
But what after? If I end up alone, the fear of losing him will be gone, then I will have nothing to prevent me from ruining my life again, I don’t want this but I know it will happen. I have no friends, I cut ties with them because they were all severe addicts who offered me drugs even tho I told them I wanted to stop. I don’t get along with my parents (my dad is an alcoholic). So what can I do?
I was thinking maybe going back to the psych ward would work but it’s hard to get in. Same with addiction specialists. My psychiatrist does nothing to help except giving me more medication every time I see her and I can no longer afford a psychologist.
But I’m starting college again very soon and I don’t want to drop out second time, I love studying and I’m very passionate about this. I want to get my shit together. I feel so miserable. I made so much progress, but it’s so easy to lose everything very quickly. Another detail, he’s my first official partner if it’s worst mentioning.
Can you guys give me advice? Do you have similar experience you could share? Thank you very much ! And I’m very sorry for the long text.
TLDR: My relationship might end, and I’m pretty sure my BPD symptoms will get worse afterwards, and that I will start putting myself in danger again.

Hey,
I saw a meme on my instagram that basically showed: people born from 1990-1995 = happily married/started family
1995-1999 - chill guy meme backpacking (aka doesn't have their shit together)
1999-2004 - happily married/started family
while obviously i don't take memes as educational content, i find that there is some truth to what's being said. Most of my friends are around my age (1996) or not even engaged, have houses or planning to settle down. we just keep nomading and fucking around.
While i am not quite in that predicament myself, do you guys think there is some truth to this? and if so what's the cause for my "generation" being different from the rest?
if i had to give my take on it, i'd say it's because when we were in our early 20's entrepreneurship and digital nomading became big, and because it was at an important point in our lives we've consacred our livestyles around those influences. but just my theory, don't shit on me plz :)

 | So my default Keybind for ability 2 in this game is Q, and for Storm, I'm trying to make it so that whenever I scroll up or down on the mouse wheel, it activates the ability. I have the same thing for switching between Cloak and Dagger. However, the game won't let me have the two keybinds be the mouse wheel in both directions, If I try making the first one up and the next one down, the first one goes back to Q. Clearing the bind entirely doesn't work, and reassigning Q doesn't work either.
