I got a tetanus shot in October for the first time in about 15 years and my period has not been regular since. I’ve tried googling if there’s any correlation and I’m coming up empty handed. Does anyone know if there could be any relation?
For reference, I got the shot on October 28th and should’ve started my period within the next two days but just spotted for a few days and didn’t have another period until November 24th. I started spotting again on December 23rd and it lasted a few days and now I’m having some cramps like I’ll be starting a full period any time now. I’ve had very regular periods since I started menstruating nearly 18 years ago. I’m also not an anti vax person AT ALL and definitely do not buy into any conspiracies or anti vaccine rhetoric.

So I am 19, I give my parents money for "rent" every month (400-500$) and usually provide them extra money if they need it for bills/food throughout the money, as well as buying petfood, plus my mom constantly harasses me for cig/beer money. I will likely be moving out once I transfer out of my community college this fall (I live in cali so for right now it is cheaper to live with family). I am honestly considering getting a bedroom lock, my siblings like to constantly slam open my door on purpose to annoy me and my mom has this annoying habit of opening my door and turning on the light to talk to me about something while I am trying to sleep. The only problem with this is I usually have earbuds in pretty loud meaning it might be hard for me to know when I'm being called, but I can get used to making them quieter I think (might be better for my ears). I only feel weird about this because I know they don't like me enforcing boundaries at all, and well it is technically their house. WIBTAH?

About a year ago I was doing a dead hang at the gym. While doing the dead hang I experienced a wave of numbness through my body, nausea, and dizziness. The following day I woke up experiencing migraines, vertigo, and I grinding sound on the left side of my head. I got a brain MRI shortly after and everything came back normal.
A month passed and the headaches slowly started to subside. I noticed that if I did any exercises that involved a pull down or row, then I’d get a migraine the next day. I refrained from doing those exercises & started to see a PT and chiropractor during this time to try to find some relief. While I was seeing some benefit with the neck pain, I was still experiencing the occasional migraines. I tried sumatriptan and Nurtec for migraines but those didn’t help.
Fast forward a year later, I was feeling alright so I did some RDLs at the gym. The next day I wake up with 10x worse symptoms. Radiating pain into my head, constant migraines, light sensitivity, nausea, dizziness, left side facial pain, ear pain, and numbness in my hands.
I go to an ER where they give me migraine medication and a muscle relaxant. The migraine medication had no effect but the muscle relaxant at least made the symptoms a little less intense. Again, I get a brain CT, brain MRI, and cervical MRI. Everything comes back normal. I see an ENT everything’s normal. I see a chiropractor where they adjust my neck & it alleviates the dizziness and nausea. Thinking that the symptoms could be neck related, I go to see an Atlas Orthogonal chiropractor that specializes in the top 2 bones in your neck. They take a 3D X-ray of my neck and see a 2.5 degree misalignment of my atlas. I’ve been undergoing treatment for about 3 weeks now & have found no relief.
I am at a loss. I don’t know what to do anymore. I don’t know who to see. The only other things that I could think to be causing this is maybe a bone spur in my neck, TOS, or something coming from my shoulder. Before this injury I would get pain behind my left shoulder blade.
If anyone has experienced something similar or could provide some direction, that would be much appreciated. My next plan of action may be Botox for the migraines or to see an orthopedist and maybe get a nerve block.

My husband (41M) wants somebody to play semi-complex board games with him. Circumstances* have him homebound currently so no Thursday night Beer Star or similar for us for the awhile. He has evenings 5-9 and every other weekend available to play.
Example games: Lunar Outpost, Eldritch Horror, Caverna
I don't really have the patience and mind for those games. They just don't do well with my particular flavor of neuro-spice. I can be a third player when absolutely necessary. I personally prefer more casual games, and I happily play Fluxx, Azul, Magic Maze, etc.

This isn't just a boardgame thing though. Husband needs a local friend who isn't me or my relatives. You see, he left his bestie in the UK when he moved here about 10 years ago. Being geeky homebodies, we've not done a ton of external socializing, and then COVID nixed even our limited outside life, our closest friends moved across country in 2021, and the one small game group we'd found split up after the founders moved away last year. Anyway...
He's 41, so an ideal candidate would likely be close in age just for some common ground. Husband doesn't follow the sportsball, but does have some interest in tech talk. He's a coder by education and a web-developer by trade. His screen fandoms include the MCU, Stargate, Doctor Who, and Lord of the Rings.
We're a liberal, queer-friendly, neuro-spicy household in East Tacoma. Allergy warning: hamsters, fish, parrot, teenagers.

So I've currently got a project I'm working on for uni for the rear or my uni's race car, the gearbox, bell housing and rear of the engine have all been scanned and imported. I'm trying to produce a new bracket to hold the suspension together.
however I'm currently having an issue with the sketch lines not being perpendicular with the parts, i know i could probably continue with the lines like this but would make it a lot easier if they were the correct orientation lol !!

The idea was not to pay the subscription, as I am against of those companies that add force subscriptions to drain money from the costumers. So I just add a usb memory. But now the app doesn’t save videos, doesn’t allow me to check the camera online, doesn’t do anything. Kind of force me to pay the subscription which I found so unprofessional.

I stopped taking Zoloft right around 3 months ago after being on it for 2 years. I’ve made a lot of changes and wanted to see if I could handle life without Zoloft. Apparently not. The last few weeks it seems like my anxiety is coming back full force. I find myself extremely irritable, tightness in my chest and heart palpitations coming back, feelings of impending doom returning, and even unable to enjoy vacation without fearing things going wrong at work and home when I get back. Oh well. I guess I’ll be on this the rest of my life.

My partner and I are looking to buy our first home and have come across a unit that we really really like. The problem is, in the Memorandum of Lease it has a covenant for no pets. In the flat plan on the title all land surrounding the block of 5 units is common land. Other units have fenced off portions of this common land in front of their flats, but the flat we are looking at had about double the size of the others in front of it. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats, so would want to fence off as much land as possible for the dogs to enjoy. The real estate agent has said the current owner has had pets. There are also covenants like “provision for a general reserve fund to meet contingent repairs and maintenance” yet the real estate agent said there was no body corporate and no fund for repairs. She is getting more information as the property just went on the market so she could be wrong, but I thought she would have done her homework before listing the property.
Does this sound like a hellscape we should stay away from?

No matter the Founders Edition or a aftermarket version, unless watercooled I am concerned about the position and space of the GPU towards the motherboard.
The Founders Edition has 2 large fans directly blowing air through the heatsink out of the back of the PCB towards the motherboard.
Aftermarket versions seem to have an outlet next on the slots but it has a 4th fam on the back of the PCB blowing air out directly towards the motherboard.
At the moment I have a RTX 4090 and with the vertical GPU stand of the HAVN VGPU it’s extremely close to the motherboard. I have had trouble with the power-cord being almost between my RAM’s. But airflow wise it’s okay since it goes out the back.
What are your thoughts about it?
