Basically I would like to give my emergency contact a 7-day view only permission and a 30-day takeover permission. The takeover obviously would only be used in case of death or a loss of account access (lose TOTP device & backup codes simultaneously somehow).
Is this something that is supported with Bitwarden? Perhaps by adding two instances of the same emergency contact, one with each permission and their own time delay?

Please help me!!
So i calculated how much my body burns by just existing and its 1200. my maintanance calories is 1345 but thats if i live a sedetary life. my maintenance calories if i work out 2-3 times a week would be 1550. I calculated using some formula some guy on yt showed and it works for many people and i would say its correct, for someone like me whos 17yrs, weighs 55kg, 5'5, slow ass metabolism, 1500cals a day seems like a maintenance too keep my weight.
but what u mean workout 2-3 times a day? Does a "workout" count as training abs 20mins a day and walking 5k steps everyday? I cant go to the gym, i have no weights at home so i can do short bodyweight workouts at home but not for too long since i get dizzy and lightheaded after doing few squats cuz my legs are weak and i hv anemia so yeah...
So if i dont work out i would need to eat 1350 a day to maintain 55kg but man thats impossible bc my mom controls me and forces me to eat all the time(thats why i was fat but now i lost some weight but i DO NOT WANNA GAIN)so i have to stick to this 1550 a day. But i dont wanna gain weight so im wondering if doing 20min ab workouts everyday, 5-6k steps a day, bodyweight leg or arm short workouts(20min) once a week counts as a workout? How many cals do even ab workouts burn? How much cals do goblets or bulgarians burn? I dont know what im even doing i feel so tired after a 15min leg workout and it probably burned shit so if that counts as nothing and i ate 1550 that day that would be a surplus right?

I don't know what's going on, but my head is warm and hot, I have been alternating between shivering in my body and getting too warm and tachy over the past week and it escalated today, my blood pressure is very high and I'm very tachy just laid down just like 13 months ago, and 140+ when sitting up in the bed.
The nurses are throwing around the anxiety card. I tell them I have long covid, I was ignored 13 months ago when this was occurring (but worse) and that I had to fund private investigations after I was let down, confirming dialostic dysfunction and lung inflammation that needed treatment.
They don't care.
I heard the nurse say to another colleage "he's just tachycardic" despite chest pains, chills, hypertension, 140bpm when sat up.
They just want to give me a beta blocker and send me away.
I can't deal with the arguing with awful nurses and doctors that don't have a clue about anything you mention.
I may just go home and hope it's a viral thing.
This is the NHS in the UK.
They don't know about long covid.
They think you're anxious and believe nothing is wrong. They see tachycardic patients like this all the time! This shouldn't make you bedbound!
I'm embarrassed to use the word ME - I do, but they don't understand it and just confirms you're a nutcase idiot.
I'm hoping it's just a viral thing but it feels a lot like 13 months ago. I thought I had crashed 3-4 days ago so I did bed rest and this is where I am now.
I'm so fed up of it.

Sexuality in a pure form is a beautiful experience. It can trigger a kundalini awakening among partners who have a close soul bond (it triggered my spiritual awakening and kundalini awakening). So why do so many in the spiritual community condemn it as 'less than' and something to be 'transcended?' We come onto the Earth plane to enjoy physical experiences. If we wanted to abhor all things as 'human', what is the point of incarnating into a human body? I believe this fear of sexuality represents a real ego block that many hold in the spiritual community. This will get hate, but there we go. Hopefully, it might trigger some to look at this strong abhorrence they have for sexuality and other human experiences.

I have a Gamestop Chromatic, an Original GBC, a GBA, a GBA SP 001, GBA SP 101 (Bad backlight bleed tho), Analoge Pocket and a Nintendo Switch.
The ISSUE: Input lag on portable devices is usually a little tricky to measure and talk about. That is because of one thing: their Screens.
Usually, portable devices like the GBC and GBA not only (sometimes) print the images to the screen differently (like the GBC prints it from top-bottom) but their games spit the images on the exact resolution of the screens. So any screen that is not the exact "print orientation" and resolution might need to adjust the image a little but, thus costing at least 1 frame of lag.
This is way even the GBA running GBC games have 1 frame of lag added.
The METHOD:
I just wanted to know a "ballpark" where usually input lag lies when COMPARING this devices.
So I figured using a slow-motion camera (960 fps) various times for each console (and watching for the button presses cautiously) could give me at least a near estimate BETWEEN the consoles (and not the exact average ms of lag, although those numbers can be found more reliably by other sources)
I tested using an Original Japanese Cart for Super Mario Land.
I know all the issues that are related to this method, and I agree is not the best. But for general ballpark numbers, I think , to me at least, was good enough.
The RESULTS:
I was impressed with the Chromatic. But ALSO impressed with the Analogue Pocket (Really!)
Input order of general lag, comparing devices, those were my findings:
GBC = Chromatic (Couldn't tell if frame blending ON actually added any lag tbh) < GBA = GBA SP = Analogue Pocket (With Original DMG pallete, or Analogue DMG, or Color) < Nintendo Switch Online (just to be sure, bc SOMETIMES, with amazing software emulation efforts, like the ones from M2 company on Game gear 3DS, Sega ages, etc., Input lag can be amazing. But not really on this case)
So the Chromatic is pretty much perfect in this regard. It prints the image the same way as GBC, same resolution, and pretty much same input lag. AWESOME!
Analogue pocket, in the other hand, is also impressive! Even with a 10x scale (bc the resolution of AP is 10x GBC), printing from left-right, adding a pallete/filter for DMG it roughly only adds 1 frame of lag! (Same as GBA)
Let me know your thoughts and if anyone's findings are the same!!
I'm also waiting an IPS Hipespeedo GBA SP just to check how bad that is input lag wise.

I have an MSI GP66 11UH-028 laptop. It has intel integrated graphics, a mobile 3080, and Nvidia Optimus (not advanced).
When my dGPU is at 0% load, it still consumes 11 Watts at 0.6 Volts according to HWInfo. Why? What is my dGPU doing that requires it to consume power when my iGPU is the only component doing work? Does it really take my dGPU 11 Watts just to tell my laptop that it exists?
Does Advanced Optimis allow the dGPU to consume 0 power when it's not active?

I am fully out of regular shampoo and have been for about two weeks maybe a little more. I waited for as long as possible to wash my hair until I couldn't wait anymore and washed it with clarifying shampoo that I forgot I had. That was maybe a little less then a week ago possibly a full week ago. I can't get more regular shampoo until Monday but my hair is really greasy and itchy right now and NEEDS to be washed. Would I damage my hair by using clarifying shampoo again? The shampoo is from herbal essences.

Meine Frau ist momentan seit Juli 2024 in Elternzeit und bekommt ca. 1400 Euro Elterngeld. Ihr Jahresbrutto liegt bei ca. 45k / Jahr, meins war letztes Jahr bei 68,5k, wobei ich einen halben Monat ALG1 bezogen habe (knapp 1k). Wir haben Steuerklasse 4/4.
Haben jetzt unsere Steuererklärung über Taxfix gemacht und sollen sage und schreibe 3,5k zurück bekommen. Ist das wirklich möglich oder haben wir vielleicht irgendwo einen Fehler gemacht? Wir setzen relativ viel ab, u.a. Hardware, die ich für die Arbeit gekauft habe und anteilig Kosten für ein Umzugsunternehmen. Ich kann das irgendwie kaum glauben, weil wir bei der letzten Steuererklärung, bei der Elterngeld eine Rolle gespielt hat, knapp 2k nachzahlen mussten. Da hatten wir aber noch Steuerklasse 3/5 und ich habe weniger verdient. Trotzdem erscheint mir der Unterschied echt heftig. Bin auf eure Einschätzung gespannt!
