We are heading to PR early April for 5 nights for a family members wedding. First 3 nights are near Ponce at Copamarina but we want to stay the last two nights closer to San Juan so we are near the airport. Any recommendations for a hotel or resort that has good kid activities? I looked at El Conquistsdor but my kids (6 and 8 y/o) aren't tall enough for the water park slides so that seems overpriced to not be able to utilize that perk. Thanks

Holy crap. My heart has been racing for days so it makes me feel anxious. I do have anxiety because my cat has an illness that's not resolving with the specialists treatment and i could be cancer, but when he sleeps and relaxes with the meds I feel better. I can tell this shakiness is from my cycle. Two days of weird cramps and shakiness. Just treated myself to a vegan egg and sausage croissant sandwich because I felt I needed protein and I'm still shaky. This is quite a horrible feeling. I don't ever remember days of this with my period or PMS. The shakiness is just horrible. Was supposed to donate blood today but my skin cream is a vitamin a derivative so I got rejected. Was thankful since I am so shaky.

I'm considering buying the Optimus Elektra Set but I saw that the two pans have a non-stick coating. Does this mean its coated with Teflon. I'm not a big fan of teflon products and this sounds very impractical, because its advertised that the gas canister can be stored inside of the pot. Will this not ruin the coating? Also you can't use steel forks and spoons to cook, as they will damage the coating too. I will be glad if someone can share some experience.
