Hello, my MIL and I both recently downloaded StoryGraph. We have not imported our Goodreads data yet, and we have manually added a few books we have read this year. They show up on our accounts under read recently, but then our reading stats say we have read 0 books. Are the stats a premium feature? Or do we need to have a minimum number of books added before it will generate stats? TIA😊

Hello, I am very new to the hardware side of things. I am wondering if I am doing something wrong, or expecting too much from this esp32 board. It's not working at all how I would expect.
I bought an esp32 from AliExpress with a dev board. I followed the instructions to make a bed occupancy sensor in home assistant.
I connected the sensor to GND and GPIO13.
If I recall the steps correctly I plugged it in directly to my PC. Connected via the browser and set up the Wi-Fi. In the esphome device builder I was able to see the device. I worked through my config, installed it over wifi and things seemed good. I could see the entity in home assistant and it was working.
I unplugged it from my PC and took it to the bedroom to test it out. I plugged it in to the USB brick and the entity never became available. I tried connecting in the esphome device maker and it wouldn't connect. I unplugged it, took it back to the PC, setup static IP on the router and on the config. Opened up device maker and it found it right away so I could push my install. So I took it back to the bedroom.. nothing. I have a mesh network in my house. This thing only seems like it will connect to wifi when it's 10ft away. I tried boosting the antenna to 20.5, I think?, that seemed to help. It was at least reading in the bedroom. Another thing I noticed, whenever it was unplugged and plugged back in the entities never came back into home assistant. Only after I installed my config after it was booted.
Questions.. Do different boards have different ranges? I have a ratgdo in the garage many more walls in between with no issues. The one I have has issues 25ft away from a mesh satellite with 1 wall between.
When my esphome config is installed shouldn't that config persist after the device loses power?
Is it possible it's a dud board and where could I get a quality board?

Pretty much the title, setup the server, installed the app and activated auto backup.
However I keep getting notified that Immich app has stopped responding and is close to unusable.
I've tried browsing but the informations available are mainly on the servewebapp side. So I'm at base 0 on HOW to collect debugging information to help you help me troubleshoot the issue 😆

Hello - second post! :D
As per my post below, had issues getting microstack to work, tried kolla-ansible. Way more complex, but amazingly I did end up with a working openstack deployment.
However, I wanted to use cinde for glance storage. The globals.yaml file does not have any variables for glance to use cinder.
Modified the configuration on /etc/kolla/glance-api and typed kolla-ansible reconfigure. That replaced my changes to the /etc/kolla with values derived from the globals.yaml file. Restarting the container seemed to make openstack image store list return cinder

The image service for kolla-admin:RegionOne exists but does not have any supported versions.
So have a couple of questions:
1) Is there a right way to edit the kolla-ansible generated configs and have the services pick up the changes and well, continue working?
2) Is this even possible in kolla-ansible? or maybe the aim of kolla-ansible is to ONLY configure thru globals.yaml and whatever that offers?
3) Is there a distribution that will do what I hope? That is, make deployment for personal and learning use relatively simple, but also allow to change stuff as I learn (like for example have the desire to use cinder to store images)?
Thinking of trying Atmosphere from VEXX.

I have a 2018 Mazda 3 Touring amd it kills me that only the driver side has a powered auto window. Do grand tourings have all of them powered like the drivers side in mine? Or is this an across the board situation? I've tried looking this up but I'm at the point of just going to a dealership to look for myself.

i currently drive a 2013 kia optima sxl that i’ve had for a little over 3 years now, around 150k miles on it.
i’ve had a number of issues over the years, but just to list a few: coolant leak, constant tire pressure issues (which ended with one tire blowing out while driving, all tires replaced, and had to buy new rims), front passenger side wheel bearing needed to be replaced which costed me $1,300, have replaced brakes multiple times, etc.
i’m not having any current issues with my car besides some squeaky brakes and paint peeling, but i’m in a financial position where i can afford to lease a car or finance one (goal of $350 max a month for the car payment).
i’m a 21 year old woman and, not to be stereotypical, know absolutely nothing about cars. when i went to get this car 3 years ago i chose the first one that i saw and liked so id love to be more thorough this time about choosing a reliable car. i’ve had my eye on newer versions of my current car, mazda CX 5’s, and some hyundais. i really don’t need anything brand new, really just looking for anything nicer than a 2013 that is reliable and not too crazy on mileage per gallon.
