Hey guys Im in a bit of a problem, it's been happening so much after I did the update and there was no problems prior to the update. I would hit the power button to wake up my phone and put in my lock code then as it's unlocked it will freeze and go as if it was restarting, and it happenes for a long time (5-10min maybe even longer of it just freezing and reboots) I've even used the Xperia companion to do a software repair? (The thing where it deletes everything and still happens after.) is there any other thing that I can try? Oh and before I forget it an Xperia 1 V

I (F31) was having coffee with a friend (F30) when I mentioned to her that I was considering signing up for a new gym (I have a gym at home with the basics, weights, treadmill, etc but I liked that the gym had a pool to swim at.) and I noticed there was quite a bit of good looking men there and she laughed and said “oh gym bros LOVE bigger girls.” and went on a ramble how gym/fit men prefer women that are curvier, bigger, thicker, and that as a bigger girl herself she should sign up for the gym too. I told her “yeah you should!” I was being supportive of her and have never said anything about her body or dating but then she said “I would probably get hit on more than you huh? gym bros don’t like skinny girls.” other things how I’m flat, how im “cutesy and little girl shaped” Which to me was a slap to the face. When did it become about me? It took a lot of work in the gym and I know I’m naturally petite. I’m never gonna have big boobs or a big butt but it hurt my feelings that she basically said I’m not shaped womanly and that’s when I realized that she’s not really my friend. Now she’s texting me asking me what the gym is called because she wants to sign up for it. One of my other friends said I shouldn’t give her the place address but it’s so lame that female friendships are so fragile due to male validation or at least it’s feeling like that lately. I dont even want to sign up for the gym and just continue at my own house.

I was writing a part of a story and I was pretty satisfied with how I wrote it, after I finished writing, all of a sudden an old obsession came back.
I've had ocd about 'tulpas' before, a tulpa being: an imaginary personality in your head you 'interact' with. I've no interest in them but while I was writing, I was incredibly immersed; I wrote about a fictional character - its kind of a romance - I became concerned is was 'creating' a tulpa.
I'm now feel I need to burn the pages that I wrote, and I'm now afraid of writing certain types of characters.
I even googled if it is possible to create a tulpa accidently and I found a few posts saying that you can. It dosent help the subs about 'tulpas' are filled with pseudoscience and are massive echochambers filled with people cherry picking 'scientific' evidence to justify their beliefs and also bringing up mind/body philosophy just to muddy the waters so they don't critically engage with these things, although i know reddit - like most of the Internet - is teeming with places where people simply will believe what they want, still it bothers me there's a hole swath of people cheerfully engaged and hammering down convinced about this while I fear it immensely.
Anyone else have this obsession?

Here are all the things I can’t have. Egg whites, milk, casein, barley, oat, durum wheat, giladin, wheat, rice, corn, orange, plum, potatoes, oyster, almond, bean, cashew nut, lentils, pistachio, sunflower, pea, hazelnut, peanut, soybean, yeast(baker’s), yeast(brewer).
Please help, I’m getting tired of meat, smoothies, and salads.
