Situation:
Currently selling my Semi-Detached house. I have also had the Nightmare neighbours from hell. As I am young and naive, I’d did not realise raising council/police complaints would affectively make my house unsellable.
Complaints in the past have been raised for Noise Nuisance and Anti-Social Behaviour. Including extremely loud music, constant alcohol induced arguments, domestic violence resulting in arrests etc.. All complaints have a paper trail with the police and/or council.
Now it has come to the time that I want to move to upsize, I realise from research online that I will have to declare the disputes to a buyer. No buyer will want to follow this through after being informed.
What is my best options? How do I play this as best as possible? Is there a way of escaping this misery?

I’ve been doing the deep grip method until I get the tug strap for the Car-1, and up until now I couldn’t get much tension on the ventral skin. I’m assuming this is either because I have more skin on that side or because your penis gets bunched up a little with deep grip, and at-least for me, it interferes with the ventral skin.
So what I did to fix this was that I had to pull the device away from my body to inflate like usual but also tip the device forward (toward my body) before I inflate. The pull tensions all the other skin but leaves the ventral side bunched up but when I tip the device it tensions the ventral skin as well and allows the air to go in evenly. Idk if anybody else has a similar issue but if you do then I hope this helps!
Btw this also helps me with pee through packers and allows the stream to come out much easier (assuming you have more ventral skin like me)

TLDR: I want a somewhat powerful manual hatchback with all wheel drive that is somewhat off-road capable… (Canada, I live in the rockies). Ideal: Subaru Outback Wilderness BUT manual!
Longggg story: I have a rusted out hail damaged 2008 WRX hatchback with 256k KM’s that is currently in storage. I move from Ontario to Alberta but the transmission had a centre diff failure so I never did the out of province inspection and instead bought a 22 Forester Wilderness.
I want to fix up the WRX but everyone is telling me it’s not worth it and to just buy a new car. But unfortunately it doesn’t seem anyone makes what I’m looking for and the compromises I make on the others leaves a major desire left unfulfilled.
Options: New WRX: love the plastic cladding haha, 5 speed, power, but kinda small as a sedan not a hatch, re: hard to sleep in when I’m peak bagging on the ice fields parkway. I also sleep in the car in the winter when out ice climbing.
New Outback Wilderness: checks every box size wise and offroad capability except the manual transmission. The forester wilderness is the most boring drive, I need the turbo for the fun but fear without a manual it will also be a little boring.
Tacoma Manual: great offroad and it’s a manual but I don’t need a pick up bed I need a hatch. While it’s manual I think it’ll be a bit of a boat compared to my old WRX haha sacrificing on road fun for offroad fun.
4Runner: too big and no manual, I’d take OBW instead.
Restore the ‘08 WRX and get the out of province done. Probably a $25k endeavour.
Am I missing something, anything!?

Di che colore sono i miei occhi? Me ne son reso conto da adulto,quando diverse persone mi han detto che al sole erano verdi così ho iniziato a controllare con qualche foto e luce puntata. Poi ho scoperto che nella mia famiglia li han tutti nocciola o verdi(specialmente mia nonna e mia mamma oltre che i rispettivi parenti molti dei quali non conosco). So che può sembrare io abbia già la risposta ma essendo che in base alla luce cambiano(la parte interna é chiaramente marrone ,mi riferisco alla parte esterna) ed essendo che su internet ho visto diverse foto di occhi hazel green simili ai miei vorrei avere delle opinioni esterne per dare una definizione definitiva . Come vedrete ho aggiunto diverse foto anche perché in base alla luce cambiano ,a volte vedo un verde oliva altre una sorta di grigio o verde più limpido,quasi impercettibile. I'm born in Canada, my ethnicity is Norwegian. I ask my family, but nobody has answers; did my people come with the Vikings that coexisted in newfoundland? Were they part of the colonization or did we come later? The furthest I know is my family came from farmers in Alberta. Of course, no traditions or culture was taught, there was none to be had. I feel like there's a big, gaping hole where culture is supposed to be in my heart. I've put an authentic effort towards being a part of indigenous culture and traditions, but no matter how I try it just doesn't /fit/. How weird is the idea that I'm craving a culture I've never known?
