Have you ever tried a liver cleanse tincture and/or black seed oil for hypothyroidism? If so, any noticeable difference in TSH levels?
I’m a holistic person. Before hypothyroidism, I rarely took meds 😔
Context: I have struggled with my TSH leveling out since 2021. I have gained an insane amount of weight (went from 135 to 180 and been down to 165 ish), eat well, and work out regularly. Doctor won’t do anything because we’re TTC. Used Levo and never responded to it so switched to Synthroid last year. I’m also doing IVF for TTC. Synthroid worked until we did 1 IVF cycle last year and it jacked my TSH levels up and still can’t get it balanced back out.
I’m exhausted. I feel like I can’t get any help. I’m in an unfamiliar body to me plus dealing with anxiety attacks and mental being struggles when my TSH increases. I need some relief and feel like taking it in my own hands is the only answer.

Okay so I have a iPhone 13 all of a sudden it stopped responding to touch on the Lock Screen. Phones been like this for about half hr can’t do nothing except from go on control centre, tried turning it off and force restarting it but nothing also tried unplugging it replugging it but nothing!!

Hello everyone, I've been enjoying HW2 so far but one tricky thing I can't seem to understand is the rocks falling in the caves. I've lost a good few runs to this and I come here asking if there is any sort of indicator or way around this?
The stones seem to fall directly on me at random, like straight bullying targeting. I cannot see any sort of indicator other than the shadow in one frame and my death in the second. I've had it where the room is clear, no enemies or trip wires, I take a sip or a bite of something only to be crushed as my hand leaves the keyboard

I smoked DMT for the first time today. I have seen the crack to the door which it opens. I was quite confident yet nervous. Here’s how it went :
I slowly heated the top layer of herb and took the first pull of the bong, nothing but herb, I take a second pull, this time it’s different, it feels clear, I hold and go for a third, I take a strong pull and realise it’s started, quite nervous as it’s starting to creep like clouds covering the sky. The third pull is interrupted as I realise I am out of my depth. As I blow out the little bit of smoke which I took I look at my hands which are still but somehow moving. Everything is moving, everything is fractilating, the pitch in my ear starts to go up.
I put the bong down, lay into bed and look at my bed sheet, it feels like a jester is at each side looking at me, a mischievous feeling and scary, I reassure myself I am okay and I need to relax, they are not here to hurt me and they head off. Suddenly everything feels like it’s fizzling, including myself, all of a sudden, I am everything, everything is everything, I am not in a human body, my bed is not a bed, everything merges into everything like water. I close my eyes, the colours, the shapes, I have never seen anything like this. The feeling of nervousness and being scared looms again as I think that this is bad. Then a figure glimpses into my mind but only for a second, blue eyes, purple skin with green on her head makes me relax. I stare at my bed sheet, feel the silk rim of my blanket and watch the euphoric way it is flowing, turning into cartoon form, back to a sheet, to like an oil painting texture and back.
I start to enjoy it, I think of love , I am safe and always have been. I feel the effect start to calm and a euphoric blanket come over me gently letting me down. I am back, amazed by what I have just witnessed.

I’m a bit confused about how Queen’s interviews work with the two streams.
If someone doesn’t get a seat in the Lakeridge Family Medicine stream, they’re still considered for the general stream. But for the general stream, if you don’t do good on the MMI and don't get a panel interview invite, does that automatically takes you out of the running for general seats? Then you're out from both streams? Or would they say well okay you did good on this family med panel but we don't have enough seats so you can still be considered for the general stream?
Also, do the Lakeridge admissions people look at your MMI score along with their family med panel interview, or is it solely based on their panel interview?
Basically if I mess up either of the interviews, am i screwed?

If you have a large amount of energy shield be very careful picking up minor afflictions.
I was about to get my third ascendency, then right before the final boss I picked up the minor affliction "energy shield set to 0".
This wouldn't have been a problem but it turns out that the removed energy shield counts towards HONOR LOSS. So I got nuked for 4k honor and lost the trial. Now need to wait even longer for my third ascendancy...
BE WARNED!!
