I’m currently cutting but of course I want to increase muscle mass at the same time. So im trying to keep the protein really high, and the calories low. I was wondering what you guys recommend as far as how much protein I should eat, per 100 calories lets say. Just wanna make sure im eating properly and efficiently.

It’s been a couple weeks we’ve been getting maybe one or two bites. I’ve suffered almost every inch of the house with diatomaceous earth and sprayed every corner of the house with bed bug spray. I really hate this. But I’m not sure where there nest is I believe it’s in my room however of all rooms I’ve practically power sanded it at this point. I’m running out of options. I’ve seen them and they aren’t ever fat. ( so I know they haven’t fed. But we have a little one in the house and I’m concerned for him more than me. (He has separate room with his parents). Please help me idk where to look for the nest.

I just got a new couch in a performance velvet fabric. I ordered it in November and at the time, the website didn’t mention it having any water resistant coating. I specifically remember this. The swatch we got (which I still have) also absorbs water so I assume the couch would be the same.
Turns out water beads on it like crazy. And while West Elm is going to need “7-10 business days” to email me about what their water repellent is made of (obv concerned around p-f-a-s), I can only assume my couch is coated in it.
Anyone else know the latest stance from west elm on this? I feel super duped and seriously regret a super expensive purchase.

I took an Ancestry DNA test to see if anything unexpected came up. I mean like Jewish or something. Not an entirely different parent.
I found out I’m donor conceived. And my biodad’s father had a twin sister!
There are no twins in my Family Apparent, so for the last 2 years that my children have been alive, I’ve been telling everyone that twins don’t run in my family. Because that’s what I thought, and I was completely surprised I was having twins.
I know it really can just be super random, but now that I’ve been processing this giant revelation about my paternity and identity, I’ve been coming up with a list of reasons people should get DNA tests, and this is one.
