Hello, so for the longest time now, I've been "skinny fat". Everyone always says I need to eat more and how I'm so skinny, but I have a stomach, moobs, and arm flab which I hide. To be honest, I've never been athletic whatsoever. I've decided I want to change this; I want to change how I look and be "fit"; not necessarily shredded, have a 6pack, etc., but just be healthy and look healthy. I just started going to the gym for the first time ever, but don't 100% know what I am doing. I've been getting (what I think) are good workouts so far with the help of some people I've met, but I'd like to know what I should be training and how exactly to eat. So far, for example, I did a chest day, legs, and yesterday I did back/shoulders. I usually workout for 45/50 mins and then do cardio for 30 mins, so I'm in the gym for about 1 and a half hours. I've seen people talking about doing compound workouts like bench press, to target multiple groups, so I'm probably going to do that tomorrow. I'm 21m, 6'4", and ~169 pounds. Everyone always talks about bulking or cutting, but I also see people saying you don't need to (which honestly, would love to avoid both). Keep in mind this is my first time ever really working out, and embarrassingly, I'm pretty weak. Thank you :)

Somehow some clown has accessed my account changed the email and phone number and i cant even sign in with xbox because it forces me to use mfa. I want to play rocket league but they removed that off steam. I hope this person worthless human finds his nearest bridge and jumps. I even emailed epic games while i had access to this account that someone changed my email but trash support and trash software goes hand in hand i guess. I just feel like they had much more of a variety across the board. For breakfast, of course they had the great options the egg white delight, McMuffin, and oatmeal as well as the bagel breakfast sandwich. And their lunch and dinner options were peak. The artisan sandwiches and burgers where a breath of fresh air, providing different flavor profiles, resulting in a different experience whenever you chose. I do also believe they had some version of chicken selects and aversion that was smothered in barbecue sauce, which were both very good. I think McDonald’s is always a good option now however there is nothing new or exciting. I understand that this will not affect McDonald’s in any capacity because it is the most well-known fast food place in the world on top of that you know exactly what you’re going to get at McDonald’s. The quality is always the same. It just makes me frustrated as a consumer scene every other country get fun new things and we only get a new blizzard flavor every six months or a limited time item

tiktok was unbanned in the last 7 hours, i used vpn thinking it would work, and yes, it did work well but, at approximately 10 am it only loaded 6 videos or less, then it was unbanned and i got a message something like "Tik Tok is temporarily unavailableWe are working hard to resolve this issue. Hi, I have a coworker who has caused me a lot of stress. I am on a leave of absence for mental health and will return to work in 2 weeks. My coworker is someone who is wonderful one day and then awful the next; passive aggressive, rude, short, and I feel I like I’m always walking on eggs shells. She confided in me last school year that she was attracted to one of her students (we teach high school), they began a texting “friendship” and I secretly turned her in to our admin. However, they did nothing, just merely talked to her and reminded her about appropriate relationships with our students. She had no idea I told on her and has since continued this “friendship” with this student. To my knowledge nothing physical has happened, just texting. I have not felt supported by my admin since they did not investigate and she is continuing the texting relationship with a minor. I have major anxiety having to “keep secrets” but I feel if I reach out to admin again nothing will happen. I don’t want to be work friends with her but I hate confrontation and have a hard time setting boundaries. What do I do when I return back to work? I don’t want a relationship with her, but I don’t have the guts to say that to her.
