My (36f) bf (46m) have been together for 6 years. Ever since I could remember, I have asked him why he has so many random females on his friends list. He says it has accumulated over the years but since he doesn't talk to them, it shouldn't be a big deal.
Before anyone asks, i find myself to be a beautiful woman with a great career of 15 years, mother of 3, whom i support on my own and am doing a pretty damn good job of doing so in this economy.
I currently don't use social media, other than reading stories on reddit. I have an Instagram acct but have been locked out for over 5 months and I don't miss it. I deactivated my fb acct over 5 years ago and haven't thought once about going back to reach out to old friends/family to see how they are doing. The important ones know how to reach me and overall, fb is just drama all together.
There have been over a handful of instances where we have fought and i got ahold of his phone and saw several girls names in his search history. He says he doesn't look for anyone and just plays dumb. In July, we were at the grocery store and he had gotten 2 messages from fb messenger. I asked him what it was and he made some lame ass excuse and tried to change the subject. Minutes later, he gets another notification and I ask him for his phone. He gets defensive and says no, so I ask him to open the message in front of me. Apparently it's one of his old coworkers who is married and has 5 kids messaging him. I ask why then I see she has sent him 2 full body pics of her outfits for work. He says they don't work together anymore, he doesn't know why she sent them , and says she is ugly af and has no interest. I see the pics,and yes, she is not good looking but I just don't understand why he would allow it. I asked him to write her back as to why she would send him those pics, and she replied saying she would unsend the pics, "so (I) wouldn't see." It was obvious she knew about me and he even said all his coworkers knew he was with me so I should be mad or acting upset. I broke up with him but we got back together, as we typically do after our fights, only if he deleted his page. He said he would be then a month later I find out he hasn't and he says because he has several male friends he has made over the years who share the same interests as him. I told him to delete the females if he was gonna keep it and he says okay. Fast forward to yesterday where I just have a gut feeling he is up to something again, i ask why he hasn't deleted the females off his fb. Mind you, i have no access to it to even "stalk" him, im just going with my gut. He ignores it, and we stop texting. Now today, he asks what restaurant I went to eat at and im like wtf, i never said anything about a restaurant. Me being me, I tell him he is confusing me with someone else. Now on to the text conversation between us.
Am I overreacting? Am I really being insecure? Am I just crazy for going with my gut feeling?

One more thing to add: I think she gets shit on mainly because only noobs play her. As mentioned in the title, my mother was recently beat up by her second husband and now HE's the one taking legal actions because we found out.
We have evidence of physical abuse (mga pasa) and yung sumbong ng mom ko sa amin na sinasakal na sya buti nakapiglas sya. We always knew that she's experiencing mental abuse and economic abuse by this person but she endures and dont want us to get involved. But physical abuse we can't tolerate that anymore.
He ran away (sneakily) the following day to Puerto Galera (don kasi ang resort nya at foreigner kasi to) so we didn't get to confront him about it. I sent him a text para sabihing we're going after him to take legal actions.
Ngayon inunahan nya kami mag blotter and summon sa barangay (halatang guilty) kasi daw threatened yung life nya dahil we're coming for him, and sya daw ang sinaktan ng mom ko, etc.
Sorry for long intro but my main question is what legal actions can we take sa ganitong halatang "nangunguna" lang sa legal process?
Also, may advice and recommendations ba kayo na assistance sa ganitong case? Di kasi kami maalam sa ganito, ayaw ko sana mangialam at gusto ko lang ng simpleng buhay, pero sobra na rin kasi.
