Urgent help
I had a big attack last night with a pulse of 140 and my oxygen saturation dropped to 80. Fortunately, I had oxygen at home... I have to stay like that for at least 2 hours until the inflammation begins. calms down... It's clear this is due to my MCAS. I really need some advice as this has caused major heart problems for me. What are the most effective antihistamines with the fewest side effects?

I tired a month of Pie through the Discord and it’s without a doubt one of the best services I’ve used. The EPG is super clean and well organized, video is high quality and doesn’t buffer much, and the Discord has great QOL announcements and improvements coupled with a dedicated channel that posts every sporting event and start time of the day each morning.
It’s not, NOT worth the price tag, but at $80/year for 1 connection I’m just wondering if it’s sold as a different name for a lower price.
