So I am an (17f) STNA and I just started working at a facility for the first time. It’s been almost 3 months since I started and one of the resident is such a sweetheart and always calling every women pet names. I believe it was a month ago when he was asked for my Facebook and I was extremely hesitant on giving it to him because I believe that is against something but once I saw that he followed other aides and pretty much everyone in the facility including my manager I caved in and gave it to him. He sent me simple good morning and goodnight post like he did with everyone else and just the occasional when I was working again and then out of no where today he started acting weird and texting me weird stuff and asked if he could have my phone number for a more “private setting” which I drew the line there and said I wasn’t doing that and then he started asking how I felt about him and I was like how I feel about all the residents I care about everyone there. He then asked me if I wanted to be in a relationship with him which I firmly stated no and that I was a minor and I had even told him earlier that he reminded me of my papaw who had passed a couple years ago. So right now I’m kind of stuck on where to move on from here and any advice would be greatly appreciated because I do not want to lose my licenses because of this.

Hey guys, I thought it’d be best to seek advice from actual people that can respond unlike watching videos and leaving comments that won’t get responded to. Anywayz, my biggest insecurity is my face shape I hate how fleshy my face is it ruins everything. I have always tried manifesting my ideal head shape but I never seem to notice any change. And once I start seeing a little change, it disappears after a couple weeks. Is it possible to make these changes permanent?Also it’s very hard to let go of my manifestation since I am always looking in a mirror and always have body dysmorphic thoughts. And when I’m affirming and visualizing I feel nothing, as if they’re just words. Not sure why it’s so hard to believe. When I manifest other things it comes easy, I even manifested weight loss and I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Don’t know why I can’t get this one thing to manifest. So, sorry for how long this is but any tips or advice? Any affirmations recommended? Manifesting methods? Anything helps, I feel lost.

Just got hired in this role with 6 years adjusting experience.
Ive seen some posts on this sub about the pay and the workload but I was wondering if anybody with experience with CAT adjusting can offer some pointers regarding:
1) I have a take home vehicle that I'm supposed to drive to losses. Is there anything you bring along like a cooler or a Coleman stove, your own laundry detergent? What do you hit the road with?
2) They say they give you all the gear you'll need but so did the Army and I spent a lot out of pocket for extra gear. Is there a specific belt / bag recommended? Different types of footwear, gloves, eye protection, stuff like that?

I don't know if this is the right server to post this on, but I (15) ftm got back together with my now again girlfriend only around a week ago, everything has been quite fine, but now I'm a bit unsure about my sexuality, I'm not quite sure if what I feel for her is purely romantic, I kind of realized that I kind of want to be with a guy and in a mlm relationship. My girlfriend is a very kind and sweet person and I'd hate to hurt her by leaving her after only being back together for a week and I don't know how I'd tell her. Maybe I'm also just confused because I don't want to leave her. I'd appericat advise.

I feel like I've seen missed connection posts on here before, and though a long shot, I thought it be fun to post.
Tonight around 9:30 PM on the Uptown 3 train, I was sitting across from a guy with tattoos on both of his hands. Loved the tattoos 😭 We exchange friendly glances during the slow train ride. I wanted one last look before he got off the train, and surprisingly he turned and smile at me before leaving the train.
I've had a similar experience in the past and ended up making a friend 😄

Hi! I’m new to this but I started developing really good connection with Duchess Gremory. I relate to her a lot since my drives in life are also beauty love and art. I started two weeks ago. Summoned her for two different things and she is actively helping me all along. Like I see the results every day which is amazing and helped me build trust. Sooo I made an altar for her last Friday. I made it really beautiful and offered small things daily. The thing is over the altar I put a pic of me and two pics of me with my bestie cause we are both beautiful and artistic and so are the pics so I thought it fit the whole vibe of that corner. I did this last Friday which is also when I summoned her for the second time and this time she delivered so quickly. Like in a few hours.
However I was noticing the roses I put there would wither in 2-3 days(both after the first ritual and after the second one where I had replaced the flowers) which meant she was harnessing their energy and putting it into what I asked. But I think she was also using me and my bestie’s energy as well cause these past three days we keep being sleepy. For me it’s unusual cause I’ve had insomnia my whole life and I don’t like sleep but my bestie likes sleep and today she told me she slept for 24 hours…I slept for ten when I usually sleep for 6 hours max. And here’s why this makes sense: Last night I made a beautiful painting as an offering. I drew her sigil as a vase and drew four roses in it and stuck 7 rose petals from her altar at the bottom. The whole background was gradient red to purple. It was so beautiful and I posted it on my story as well to honor her subtly cause she has been delivering my latest requests. I was about to place it at her altar but wanted to take a shower and cleanse myself first. However I could feel her pull and eagerness to take it. Like I could feel her nagging wanting it asap. I ignore it and proceed to go to take a shower and the moment I stand up to go to the bathroom my picture over her altar falls off the wall!! I was a bit startled but I was like ok ok got it I’ll just put it here right now. So I offered it to her together with some chocolate etc. I went to sleep so much earlier than usual and couldn’t get a hold of my bestie till today afternoon when she sent me the “I slept for 24 hours” message.
So now after waking up from my ten hours sleep to my bestie’s message I respectfully removed our pics from over the altar and waiting for my bestie to wake up to let her know. She is in this journey with me as well and she is intending to start working with Gremory as well cause she also has the same values as her. Mind you my bestie was nowhere in my requests to her. I don’t think it was with bad intentions I just think the altar is where her energy is and since she is actively working on my requests she used all sources readily available to her I guess. But yeah haha has anyone else experienced this?

I haven't talked to this person since beginning of January and these messages were from December, and i excluded the rest of the conversation on the last slide because honestly it was just so infuriating to look through and i couldn't imagine taking the time of day to censor our names more because that'd mean reading through it again and seeing his name.. which is a huge sore spot for me... I've posted about this before in this sub, but this person has tattooeed his name on me largely in a quite unthinkable place. some days i think about it less but i haven't been able to shake the thought of living with this forever, for the past couple weeks..
on a more relevant note, when he started keeping tabs like the messages show, i knew he was a lost cause. we were in the drive though getting take out, that I didn't ask for by the way..(actually insisted on just getting something at home) when he sort of froze and started looking tense, staring out infront of him while gripping the steering wheel, and broke the silence by turning to me and asking "do you have any idea how much I've spent on you?". I could get into this and all that. but we're YOUNG. and were even younger back then. for reference the things he tallied up were three dates at small local restaurants where i tried to eat and drink as little as possible even being considerate to the fact that he only just started working and chose the cheapest options, which mind you i do ALWAYS. with my mom too!(i had to ASK why he hasn't taken me on a singular date, ever. then only he started doing this. we were together a year at that point.) and then gifts. the rest, were litteral gifts. oh! and the pregnancy tests, that he got me. because I'm not working and don't have a license(he "forbade" me to.)and also i live with my family, so... apart from that,he litterally took advantage of me.. it had always been his responsibility, no?
also no, I didn't just "take" this conversation from him. believe me you i was calm as ever and just deadpan looked at him and asked him if he was serious and why he would speak about such a thing, for him to tell me "you just have to be aware". of course i asked if he's expecting me to pay him back or something, or of he just wants to make me feel bad and he just repeated what he had said.
completely and utterly unebelievable. sorry if my English isn't up to standard or doesn't make sense here and there... but yeah. i could post much more on here but this whole relationship truly shattered me.
i hope all of you reading this leads a wonderful life, far far far away from people like this...🤍

Bit of a novice here. My partner’s parents got us an orchid as a gift, and it’s been 2 months and one of the branches has dried off and the flowers died.
The rest is looking ok, but how do I prevent the rest from dying as well? Or how to I help it flowecontinue thriving?
Should I cut off the dead parts?
I water with around half a cup of water every two weeks or so; spray it every day or every other day. Pot has drainage. It gets pretty decent light but not directly next to the window.
