Hello,
I came across this question today and was wondering if there is an answer, however vague, to this.
We know that a shipment that is de minimis would not be subject to duties and taxes.
However, does de minimis also exclude it from regulatory requirements / control as well?
For example, I'm shipping a single glass piece that is optically worked to the US. Or a single wooden article to Australia.
Since the value for said shipments is very small, less than 10 dollars. Would it mean that the regulatory requirements I.e FDA requirements for the lens, or fumigation requirements for the wooden article, is not subject to those require or is it a matter of risk whereby the shipment value is so small that customs does not even bother with it.
We ship a lot of different items to various countries around the world so I'm just looking for a general principle here.

Just share some little happiness that I had opening my just arrived Macbook Air M3. I’ve been using MacBook Air based Intel since 2015 and was rocking like a champ(changed one time the battery and never gave me any problem) I am a chef and have a lot of excel and document work so was okey. Lately I had some light video and photo edition too(for my social account) that make realise “it’s time to change…” Happy to give this huge jump. Looking forward with this new macbook air m3 another 10 years.

Ok, so let me put it this way: I’m not the biggest fan of texting. I think people rely too much on texting for communication because it’s easy to use and provides privacy. However, using your voice can send more genuine vibes and remind you that you’re talking to a real person, not just words on a screen. That’s why I’m looking for people to talk to.
I know it might start awkwardly, and I’d be careful about choosing topics and figuring out what kind of person I’m speaking with. I hope to find an easygoing person so that conversations can branch out and lead to deeper topics. I love psychology and understanding how we develop and grow into who we are today. Deep conversations are great, and speaking your emotions and thoughts out loud can be a wonderful way to let things go. While I’m not a therapist, I am a good listener, and some friends I’ve met online have told me that talking to me helped them as much as therapy.
That said, I’m pretty silly and love joking around. I enjoy making people laugh, and sometimes I ask random questions because even a random thought can spark hours of conversation, which I love.
By the way, I know most people aren’t interested in talking these days because of how communication is evolving, so I don’t expect many responses. I do post a lot, so I apologize if it bothers you in advance. Have an amazing day!

I’m pretty new to this game and im only on 1-5 in the main story, therefore i don’t have sylus and i can see u have to go to 4 to meet him. My question is should i just skip and read the chapters where i can get sylus and stop after you meet him and then continue where i originally was or should i just read the main story like normal until i meet sylus. I assume i’ll be pretty confused if i do that but it feels a little boring that i progress with all the other love interests meanwhile i wont meet sylus for a while

I live in South East Asia and I run into Brits all the time. I got the impression they are very negative towards their own country, this is different to Aussie, American and German. I probably would say Brits stand out as the most negative about their own country. I am wondering why is that? Is it a cultural thing or things have been very tough back home?
