Good character recommendations?

Basically I've been a celestial ABA for some time now. I always win my winning matchups, but when it comes to zoners or mid range characters I always end up constantly losing due to ranged matchups being difficult for ABA. Obviously I can play these better but at the end of the day I will be having a harder time in these matchups unless I switch the chracter I'm playing as. On top of this most people I play with also main characters like bridget or jhonny who counter ABA. I want to ask any good recommendations for characters that do good against zoners? I previously mained baiken but I don't want to learn her new optimal wall to wall combos, and I want to avoid potemkin and slayer. Any other recommendations of which character to play?

 | Sorry this is sorta long. I want to be thorough. I blurred out a few unrelated comments. I also blocked out my cat’s name, out of respect for his dignity. He did not consent to being a part of this post. Anyway, am I overreacting? Context: This revolves around a communication problem I (38M) had with my wife (27F). We have been married for 11 years, together for 13. Communication problems have created issues for us the entire time. We’ve been to couples therapy and they’re a lot better but still an issue. This example involves my asshole cat (14M) who I have raised since he was a tiny kitten. I found him in someone’s yard and he’s been with me ever since. We adopted two new kittens recently. They had to live upstairs until they were a bit older, and this is the first time they’ve had free rein of the downstairs all day and night. We have three feeders for the cats, each opening individually to their own microchip. My cat has urinary problems, which means he has to eat an (expensive) medicated food. He’s also just gotten over pancreatitis, so we are being extra careful with him right now. And he’s an old decrepit dickhead, of course. He can have the occasional bit of food that isn’t medicated, but it can’t be a thing. My argument: I feel like she’s being flippant about the communication issue. She can’t see the problems it often causes (this is the best and most recent example I have). I’ve brought it up before. I’m also concerned that she allowed me to get this upset before finally giving me the full story. But I could be freaking out over nothing, and completely wrong to feel this way.  | If you liked it - I’m happy for you! My wife and I finished this earlier today, and both of us found this show to be so, so bad. From an exmormon POV, a take on a quasi-Mountain Meadows Massacre story would've been really interesting! However, this show wanted to do and say way too many things that in the end, it all fell apart. It also feels like it was made by people who have never been outside or have gone camping before. Meaning there were basic survival skills that should've been implemented and were thrown out the window. It's based off of some real events, yes - but the creative liberties were stretched to the extreme into ridiculous territory. Like Young giving sermons with an all-seeing eye in a triangle symbol plastered behind him, and having Bridger’s buddies just drinking while burning alive in the fort. Oh! And the synchronized wolf attack where they’re breaking down the wood paneling. It’s not like I do anything hard like cocaine or heroine and etc…
I know my limit very well - shrooms is as far as I can and will ever go when it comes to things like that. And I’ve kept that promise of myself for nearly all my life, just about. I don’t even do shroom or cannabis that much
Yet…I feel like I’m doing such a “dirty” thing when I sit and use cannabis. Especially more recently. Why? What changed in my mind so fundamentally that causes me to feel like I have to hide that I smoke from my pro-weed family? That I feel so sinful and am disappointing my ancestors and spirit guides for partaking in it?
I don’t know. I just feel weird about it lately and I’m not understanding why.
