I was using skin+me for 4 months using there 0.05% tret cream daily doser but was expensive so I decided to buy the menarini 0.05% gel and it's making my skin peel and having irritation also causing my neck to go red I'm not even adding it to my neck lol, I'm currently only adding it twice a week I might go back down to 0.25 then come back up. Is the gel stronger?

After about three weeks (probably closer to two and a half) of grinding, juggling work and school, and dealing with constant failures, I finally beat Isshin. The fight itself was solid, and I can appreciate the design and challenge, but honestly, I don't feel the sense of victory I expected. It’s more of a “well, that’s done” feeling rather than a triumphant moment. I don’t regret the time spent, but I do feel like the experience was less about enjoyment and more about checking off a box. Sekiro really tests you, but I’m left wondering if all that stress was worth it in the end. I probably won't do any other playthroughs since there's literally no build variety, and I've gotten the grip on combat so there's no real challenge anymore. Game gets a 7/10 from me, and Isshin as a final boss gets like a 6 maybe, not nasandra level because I wasn't bored but there's just not that feeling of overcoming it. Soul of Cinder still my fav final boss (it had like a trilogy worth of build up so it should be) soooo that's all.

So I have a part of the penis that is much harder then the rest that has lead me to believe it’s fibrosis. I’m waiting to get an ultrasound soon I have one in the next couple of weeks.
My question is why is it actually given me more girth and not less. Wouldn’t fibrosis of the corporal body’s make it less girth. It has more girth flaccid and erect it’s weird. I’ve always heard of it thinning the penis when flaccid and erect. Any thoughts
