I just want to share my story in case someone will be googling MAMI2009 agency or Martin Knol.
The most unprofessional and deceitful agency we've ever encountered—it’s essentially a scam operation. Martin, in particular, is an outright disgrace: rude, incompetent, and completely untrustworthy. Here’s what happened:
He promised to handle all the required paperwork for renting out our house but completely failed to do so.
He claimed he would assist with receiving an IKEA delivery. Instead, he hit us with an outrageous invoice for his so-called "service" and took all the rental income to cover it. We didn’t see a single cent during three months of collaboration.
His behavior was consistently disrespectful—he told me to "shut up," claimed I didn’t understand the situation, and flat-out refused to provide any help when issues arose.
On top of that, he actively sabotaged our relationships with neighbors by being rude and creating unnecessary conflict with the comunidad.
My advice: Do NOT engage with Martin or his agency. He’ll lure you in with a polished pitch during the first meeting, but it’s all a façade. Once you sign on, he’ll take your money, treat you disrespectfully, and do absolutely nothing to fulfill his commitments. Avoid at all costs.

2025.01.20 07:50 Ketmol Late endgame is very good but the early end game very bad
Let me alaborate.
The early experience of endgame is in my opinion not good at all. The late endgame however is super fun.
I play co-op with my gf and we were about to quit at t3-t4. Only reason we powered through up to t15 was that there wasn't any other game at the moment that we felt like playing.
The campaign is good. Some maps, especially in act 3 are to big in my opinion, but other than that, it's rewarding and you feel meaningful progression but as soon as you hit t1 maps that changes. t1 to t10 something maps are really not rewarding for several reasons.
The lot is bad, the progression slow, there is only one objective, do more maps. At that point your character is still not that powerful so clearing maps is rather slow and you need to do a ton of them. The loot is bad because it's t1, you haven't gotten much towers unlocked yet, and if you have you don't have tables (and for a lot of new players it might not be obvious that you can buy good tables from the market, it wasn't for me at that time) And on top of it, it is, for the same reasons loot is bad, hard to sustain waystones to climb.
So early endgame, loot bad, progression bad, variation of gameplay bad
Lets compare it to when you hit t13-14 and especially t15
Your map start to get meaningful progression towards pinnacle bosses since splinters drop in rather large quantity, map boss difficulty, expedition logbook maps, the loot is good, it is easy with waystone sustain, (a lot of ways to get high waystone drop in the late engame, lot's of nodes in the passive tree, corrupted waystones can give 300%+ to waystone, tablets in towers etc)
In my opinion there is no problem at all with PoE2s endgame. It is super fun. The problem is that the endgame start at t15 and there is 14 tiers of not having fun after the campaign to get there

so, I might be suffering from a mental disorder and the details of it is in my last post, you can check my profile.
I basically get signs from the world every single second, thought broadcasting and stuff (i believe someone can hear every thought of mine) and they respond. so like, thousands of coincidences happen to me throughout the day, "they" prepare me for the future and stuff, it's all very overwhelming and i have to talk to "them" everh single micro second and i don't wanna go into details because it's impossible for "normal" people to comprehend without experiencing it. i do not view them as "god" (nauzubillah).
i just view myself as gifted but cursed at the same time. point being : what if Mirza ghulam ahmad was suffering from something similar and was just delusional like me? i had knowledge about mental disorders and schizophrenia before my condition so that's why I'm self aware, during my psychosis I wasn't self aware but now i am.
i experience alot of things every second, they tell me what to say, what not to say, not to lie, not to do bad stuff, made me closer to my religion, taught me good lessons. some secret stuff too 🤭.
it kind of does feel like you're being guided by some divine power (especially when they tell you what road to take and what road to avoid and it always turns out good).so using this knowledge what are your thoughts on mga now?
(also they warned me alot not to post this but i want the people to know about this possibility too.)

Im looking for a soldering iron that can retire all the irons I have right now. At the moment i am using silverflo 928d for large gauge wires like 4-6 awg wires and large connectors, xt150, xt90, qs8, qs10etc. I also do a little bit of small wire and component soldering like soldering keyboards with sequre s99 soldering iron. Will hs02a be able to do all that, 100% i know it can do smaller stuff but will it be able to keep up with my 100w 928d (i'd want it to be better at heat transfer and responsiveness since it has built in thermocouple in the tip) soldering iron at soldering large wires and connectors?

I'm a 20 year old guy, I've always hit my head against stuff when frustrated though never really thought about it until I broke my doorframe a few weeks ago with my head and have have some dizziness and trouble with some motor skills that hasn't went away. I've always done this since about 10 so for about a decade, so is it possible that it's caused any long term damage?

I’ve been living at my current place for an over a year and half. For my first few months I had no heat as the landlords neglected to keep the gas on before I moved in - in October. I did not realize till it got cold and I called and they were very hesitant to help.
I called got it figured out. They blamed me for the lack of gas. Which isn’t true as when I turned everything over to my name I was ensured it was done. But since it was turned off before I moved in no one turned it back on once I moved in.
It’s a two bedroom I moved rooms recently for space reasoning. The window is leaking which I wasn’t aware of. Idk how it’s even leaking we believe the seal is damaged. Their solution was tape…we followed up a month later and they just re-taped it.
They never preformed maintenance on the water heater so it eventually went out. When I brought this up they insisted we try to “turn it on and off again” that I can inform you did not work.
When my garage disposal went they just took it out.
When I had a leaking sink and the pipes were not connected correctly they just informed me to use the other side…
What do we do? We wanna just leave but cannot just break the lease. We are trying to find a sublease but if we leave do we have a case of negligence and neglect.
I don’t have all the emails but I have the recent ones of the window.
I have the date my gas was finally turned on.
I have pictures of the broken sink.
What can we do?

I rewatched season 2 ep. 1 and there is something Miss Huang says that stands out. She said it was her first day working there as deputy manager. We’re all trying to guess how much time has passed since the end of S1, right? Well, between this statement of hers and Milkshake (hehe) still unpacking and his screen monitor not updating, it would stand to reason that the “Macrodat Uprising” likely happened within the last few days, maybe even one day. My husband asked why, and I said that I don’t see Lumon waiting to replace Milchick’s position. Just like they wouldn’t want to wait to fill Cobel’s.
Another theory about Helly and why I think it’s truly her…When she is talking about the Outies not being anything like the Innies and that the Innies don’t “owe them shit” (the Outies), that is Helly not Helena talking. She practically despises who she is on the outside and what her outie stands for, so of course she wants nothing to do with Helena. The whole gardener at night thing also doesn’t sit well. But I have seen some of your support for it being Helena on the “inside” and I agree with some of your points too.
Obviously whatever is happening will soon be known. I’m so excited to find out. What do you think?

My dad's an alcoholic. He wasn't before, but he's become one since a few years ago. He behaves like an absolute monster when he's drunk. He's very rude, inconsiderate, arrogant and quite frankly insufferable. He used to be quite normal when he was not drunk, but over the past year both his personalities have started to merge. He's been acting weird even when when he's sober now..
I'm pretty sure his liver is at stage 3. His face arms and feet are swollen when he's drunk. But he won't go to a doctor because he knows what they're gonna tell him- that he must stop drinking.
Another thing is that he just doesn't listen. He feels that the doctors are stupid, and they're just trying to get his money but suggesting "stupid" things like counselling. He went to a therapist ONE time (one- 40min session), and has been avoiding going to her again... When I asked him why he's doing that, he said that he thinks she's looting her. When we nag him to go to the doctors, he always comes up with convincing excuses, and sometimes straight up says no.
His psychiatrist has prescribed him two medicines- one to reduce the alcohol craving and one to help him sleep. He avoids taking the 1st one because he wants to drink and avoids taking the 2nd pill because he wants to keep drinking till about 3am. Sometimes he takes neither and keeps drinking for 24 hrs at times.
When he's drunk, he's started saying bad things like how he's gonna miss this family and all. It's like he's preparing for his death, and like maybe wants to do some pretentious "martyrdom" act? I don't know. But this makes me feel extremely frustrated.
I love my father. He was nothing like this before. We live in the same house but it's been years since we even had a nice outing where dad isn't drunk. We're doing fine money-wise at the moment, but I still don't have a job. It'll still be a couple more years at the least.
My mother has been holding us all together but she's reaching her limit now. It's all taking a physical toll on her. My dad has ruined relations with his behaviour between both his side of the family and my mom's side. His idea of a happy family is just our nuclear family staying in a house and noone else is allowed. No relatives, no friends.nothjng. just us. He has an older brother, but even he doesn't understand the seriousness of this situation. When my dad does the 24hrs drinking sessions, we finally call his brother and he comes and pacifies the situation for the time and leaves. That's it.
I don't know if my dad's recieved some bad news regarding his health which he's not sharing with us, but he's not well. I can see that. He knows that we love him.. but his actions are such that we sometimes wonder if this man doesn't care about us, or is just plainly stupid to not listen to us and our requests.
I pray that no-one in this world has to ever deal with alcoholics in the family. Fuck alcohol.
