Keypoints:
- Looking for a Adobe editor. Resolve also works. No CapCut or any other editors allowed.
- Fluent in English. Can be based out of any country but needs to adhere to Indian time zone for timely delivery.
- Looking for someone who is reliable and is dependable and delivers on time.
- Looking for a yearly contract. So you'll be sorted for a year. You can of course do other client's work but our work needs to be prioritised.
- Pay - $25-40 for every minute edited for both short and long form. Let me know if these are decent rates. If you are a good editor, can negotiate further.
- It's better if you are from India, Pakistan or Philippines or any other country where USD conversion is high so it's more favourable as you'll get paid more fairly rather than someone who lives in the UK.
- The frequency of edits and all is not yet decided. We are sourcing editors right now.
- We can provide you referrals with MNC's too on a commission basis if you get selected. So it's not just this project but we can sort you for your future too.
- No timings exactly. You work when there is work and you don't when there is none. So I don't care. I just want good quality edits which look amazing and conveys a story rather than just adding graphics.

I am 19 as of right now and all my life I was abused by my father physically and mentally. Now the threats have gotten worse over the past years and he has threatened to shoot me and put a bullet in my head. He sends me text messages with threats written and has sent threats to my boyfriend as well. I have proof and audio recordings.
I had the courage to write a police report but I would like to know whether I can sue him for emotional distress? My family members do not have my side as my dad has provided for everyone and paid for everything and they will not turn their backs away from him. And ofc there is bullies by girlies but the mc brushes it off and does not give a shit/funny mc. And then for a class there is a scene where the students must find their fated weapons/weapons that call to them and she gets matched with a stick essentially. People make fun of her and she nicknames it sticky. She also stabs someone with the stick when she was pissed off. Turns out the stick transforms into a versatile weapon for her. Does anyone know the title of the book!??!?!? I've been looking for it for such a long time.

Hallo.
Vllt hat der ein oder andere meine Umzugsfrage letztens verfolgt. Es ging um den Umzug einer Freundin mit ihrem Freund zusammen, die beim letzten Umzug keine Verpflegung bereitgestellt hatte und nur ein lapidares, dahingesagtes Danke im Gegenzug hatte.
Der Umzug ist nun erledigt. Wir haben vorher gemeint, dass er morgens arbeiten ist und ich mich um den Hund kümmern muss bzw ihn nicht so lange alleine lassen will und wir dann ab Mittag / Nachmittag helfen können und es ja dann sinnvoll wäre, wenn wir an der neuen Wohnung einfach beim Ausladen hülfen.
Es kam dann zurück, dass sie wohl eh genug Leute seien mit ca. 15 Personen. Sie fragte mich dann - paradoxerweise - ob ich mich nicht um die Verpflegung kümmern könnte und ein paar belegte Brote oder so vorbeibringen könnte.
Ja, kein Ding, kein Problem. Ich meinte dann, ich stelle was zusammen, Aufbackbrezeln, Dips, kleine Schnitzel, Frikadellen, Trauben-Käse-Spieße, Waffeln gebacken, Obst... Also wie so ein kleines Buffet, bei sowas lasse ich mich ja nicht lumpen und für 15 Leute und 1 Tag Umzug fand ich belegte Brote etwas wenig und ich glaube, die meisten freuten sich auch darüber, dass es 'was vernünftiges (Schnitzel, Frikadellen, Aufbackbrezeln...)' gab.
Nun gut, ausgegeben habe ich ca. 40 Euro. Ich muss dazu sagen, ich bin diesen Monat knapp bei Kasse.
Von ihr kam zwar ein Danke, von allen anderen auch, aber gefragt, ob bzw was ich wiederbekomme geldtechnisch, hat sie von sich aus nicht. Sollte ich also fragen / ihr mitteilen, dass ich das Geld gerne wieder hätte oder ist das 'frech', da ja alle ihre Kosten durch bspw. Hin-und-Her- Fahrerei hatten?
Soll ich vllt auch warten, ob es diesmal ein Dankeschön -Grillen / Essen oder eine Einweihungsfeier gibt oder so?
Bin überfragt, will nicht frech sein, hab das gerne gemacht, aber wie gesagt - 40 Euro tun diesen Monat schon etwas weh und wenn ich jemanden beauftrage, die Versorgung zu machen, würde ich es auch zurückzahlen und von mir aus fragen.
Was meint ihr dazu?
